"Glögg" / Mulled wine is a spicy and sweetened wine that is available in different alcohol strengths and non-alcoholic. The swedish word ”Glögg” comes from the verb ”glödga” and alludes to the manufacturing method of letting sugar melt into wine. Cinnamon and cloves are the most important spices, but cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and orange are also common. You heat up the drink and serve with nuts and raisins. We only drink the non-alcoholic version and it warms the body after a day out in the cold. And of course it has all those Christmas flavors!

I prefer sweet wine, but it never occurred to me to try it with cinnamon, but I liked the idea.
A me il vin Brule non piace per niente. Ho provato un paio di volte a berlo.. Ma proprio non mi piace il gusto. Preferisco un bel punch al mandarino Bello caldo!
