Finally done! This is a craft that I really like to do. The beer is cooled to 21 degrees, strain, yeast added and now I just have to wait. Take the opportunity to try my second beer, a passion fruit & mango IPA. Really good! However, it needs another week for the carbon dioxide to develop clearly. But this recipe is a winner! #Beer
