Rhubarb, common in Sweden. Usually we make juice or pie from rhubarb. Rhubarb is very sour and requires a lot of sugar when cooking. Today we make a pie with shortcrust pastry and hazelnuts on the last rhubarb. For this we have vanilla ice cream. #Food
