Good morning Noise! Poor sleep last night, daughter's insulin pod messed up and did not provide enough insulin. We found the error and replaced the pod. Now I will need extra strong black coffee! ☕️Also preparing a Christmas ham, starts by tenderizing it, in Sweden we say "Rimma". Mix sugar and salt with water, I use a whisk to break up the sugar and salt crystals. Now the ham is left in the liquid for 4-5 hours before I can start to cook it.
