It's Friday, we'll crack another one. One of my favourites. The aroma is robust with fruity modern hops - orange, grapefruit, lemon, apple juice. A little candy sweetness, a lot of grapefruit juice. The initial taste is very bitter. Growing fruity sweetness complements and balances. Grapefruit juice, mango, lemon peel, ripe apples and lime. Quality IPA from Stigbergets, Sweden. Amazing Haze, 6.5%. #Beer
