Homemade tagliatelle with rich tomato and basil sauce. Had intended to make thin spaghetti but it turned out to be easier to make tagliatelle, at least when cutting by hand.. 😄Definitely approved. And everything will be better if you sprinkle over Parmigiano-Reggiano! #Food
