Whole specials and half specials are sausage dishes that are usually served in a fast food restaurant. It came about in the 1930s in Gothenburg, Sweden, when two young football players ordered sausages and bread "... but with a little mashed potatoes on top." Today we make our own "Halv special" / half special. Topped with chipotle mayo and ketchup. #Food

And I thought HodDogs will never be bypassed by anything... but I was wrong.... but this is a great thing! My basic weekday menu, sausage with mashed potato, will never be served neatly on a plate anymore! First will come the bread and the other Half: Special! :D
