More classic Swedish cookies, "Havrekakor" / Oatmeal cookies. A real classic that even my mother often baked when I was young. Again, I use deer antler salt to make the cookies extra crispy. This time I use flour and oatmeal from Vänga (which I wrote about a while ago).

And that reminds me I didn't made cookies quite a while... I'm usually making the chocolate chunks of cookies ... (I save outmeal for the Birchermüesli breakfast) but I loved the crunchy-chewy texture so my next cookies will be "Havrekakor"s :D Enjoy them and the Summer Breeze!
