Simplicity at its best. Pasta with tomato sauce. Fry yellow onion, garlic in oil, a splash of fruity white wine and then a little cream and homemade tomato sauce. Boil the pasta al dente and toss it in the tomato sauce. Served with chili and basil (luckily I had frozen basil, someone had eaten all the fresh in secret 😄 ..) #Food
