Tonight I cook a simple Swedish dish that I often do on the weekdays. ”Korvstroganoff” /Sausage stroganoff. A budget variant of Beef Stroganoff that originated in Russia in the 18th century. Swedish sausage(Falukorv), onion, ketchup, water, cream and spices. Served with rice and like to add grated cheese. #Food
