Fried pork with fresh potatoes, onion sauce and "rårörda lingon" / sweet lingonberries. The secret is of course the sauce, fry the onion softly, add flour, meat broth, cream, salt and pepper. Much like a bechamel sauce. Crispy pork and lingonberries with their bitter and sour tones, but which are toned down with sweetness, today I used honey but it goes just as well with sugar.
