Good afternoon! Now we have just had lunch and I will spend the rest of the day in the kitchen. Lots to do, food for me and my wife (for the kids I will make smashburgers) and a dessert, white chocolate mousse and I plan to start with it and leave it in the fridge intill the evening. The homemade beer is not ready, will be bottled on Monday or Tuesday next week. But it looks nice!
