I bought a lot of ”Falukorv” last time we shopped, a real basic product in Swedish cuisine. ”Falukorv”is a sausage that contains the basic ingredients meat, fat, potato flour, onion, salt and spices. Now I use a leftover piece to cook my own dish. Nothing particularly advanced. Falu sausage, shallots, garlic, peppers, cream and the last of my homemade salsa. For this we usually have rice. #Food
