Behold, mac & cheese fufilur edition. One way ticket to cheese heaven. Three kinds of cheeses: Swedish brandy cheese, mozzarella and red cheddar. Make simple bechamel and add salt, pepper and onion powder. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the brandy cheese. Then mix with the pasta(cooked), put in the form, add the mozzarella and top with the red cheddar. Wow, and if you do not hear from me anymore ... I went down with a smile on my face! 😄 #Food
