Yeye, it's that pizza guy again! Pan-pizza, added a pinch of sugar in my pizza dough recipe. Yeast + sugar = best buddies! The highest heat in the oven, 275 degrees, and ends on the stove for an extra crispy underside, When I started to do something, I always want perfection. #Food

It looks beautiful, I didn't know this about the lower crunchy crust, I'll try it too
I'm pretty sure that it is very delicious. Wished I was able to actually taste it though hehe.
