The yellow gold from the forest. Chanterelles, mushrooms. Fried in butter and seasoned with salt & pepper. The best way to enjoy this delicacy.

Hmm.... I knew we sing the same Chansons! Truth is, if Chanterelles eventually will be listed as commodities (crypto, or gold alternative or whatever) it wouldn't hurt the expensive but simple supper form them. I simply love them..... It was a summer when I missed the season (because of travelling) but although I tasted quite some new experience I even feel this today.... >D
