I'm an IPA (Indian Pale Ale) fan but sometimes I buy this beer from Scotland. The beer has been aged in oak barrels and towards the end has been finally aged in oak barrels that have previously contained rum. The beer has nice rum tones from the rum barrels, vanilla, nice body with medium bitterness, fruity and complex taste. Innis & Gunn Caribbean Rum Cask, 6.8%. #Beer
