Then it was time to brew my first own beer. But first I have to go through the whole process one more time. Sterilization of all accessories, boiling, temperatures. Really interesting! Will be an IPA (Indian Pale Ale) with the hop variety Citra. Possibly I will add passion fruit after the fermentation, but it is daring because it is easy for the whole batch to be destroyed then. Wish me luck! #Beer
