Tonight it will be a favorite, Omnipollo with the beer Fatamorgana. DIPA 8%. It has been brewed with oats and wheat, and dry-hopped twice with Columbus, Centennial and Citra. It is very juicy and quite sweet. The taste is brutally hop-fruity with fruits, but almost no bitterness at all. Sour fruits. Sweet sun-ripened mango. An incredibly hop-strong beer! #Beer
