Time for a test of the weekend's wine. It was this wine that I marinated the pork in this morning, it was a little early for red wine when I marinated so I only went for aroma this morning. The red wine Campos de Luz Garnacha, comes from Spain and is made from the Garnacha grapes. The wine has a berry taste with hints of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and spices. In fact, it can be really good for the pork. Something I love is doing things my own way, trial and error? We'll see! #Wine
