The yellow gold of the forest. Chanterelles. A little late in the fall and they will probably be a little watery. First they must be cleaned and then we will see what we come up with with them. Something I love is chanterelle toast with Swedish ”Västerbotten” cheese or parmesan.

I love mushrooms! This yellow color is different from the normal that I see.
