Rhubarb, the never ending story. So we have neighbors who also have rhubarb, but they never use it. Since rhubarb loves the Swedish climate, almost every homeowner has rhubarb in the garden. It takes care of itself and once you have planted rhubarb, it grows there forever, almost😄. Today I make a rhubarb lemonade and add muskovado sugar and squeezed lemon. The lemonade gets darker (I made one earlier this summer on regular granulated sugar and then the color becomes almost pink). Darker tones in taste, perfectly ok but I prefer the pink version.
