Finally food, five hours later. I was really hungry and the evening's food lived up to expectations! My wife's pork tenderloin at 68 degrees, perfect, juicy. My entrecote landed at 59 degrees, Medium rare just the way I want it. Aromas of garlic, thyme, parmesan from the potato cake, an awesome savoy cabbage with white wine aromas.. Today I did a great job! I will Noise out for today and wish you all an awesome New Year! #Food
