Got news about this brewery when they started thanks to Gordon Ramsey who mentioned this brewery in a TV show for a very long time ago, maybe around 2003-2004, just when this brewery started. Many of their beers are stored in leftover whiskey barrels, which gives a completely unique taste experience. Today I have a Caribbean Rum Cask, 6.8%. Tasty beer with sweetness, hints of cask, butterscotch, chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla and spices. #Beer
