Good evening! Tonight we eat yesterday's dish. Tonight's beer comes from my favorite brewery, Stigbergets. Bionic, Triple New England IPA, 10%. Hop aromatic, fruity, nuanced taste with clear bitterness and a little sweetness, hints of dried pineapple, mango, apricot jam, orange peel and light syrup. Despite the high alcohol content, the beer balances this in a perfect way! #Beer
