Tonight I'm cooking Italian, or more inspired by Italy. Own recipe but there is certainly something similar out there. Linguine with chicken marinated in olive oil and white wine. The sauce is made from garlic, shallots, shredded bacon, white wine, pasta water and pecorino. Adds the wine when the onion is translucent, lets the alcohol evaporate and the wine leaves a fantastic aroma. Top with pecorino and lemon zest when serving. Delicious and fresh! #Food
