Time to taste this year’s edition of ”Juleljus” / Christmas candles from Stigbergets Brewery, Sweden. A NEIPA 6.8%. They have released this beer in November every year a couple of years back in time. It does not really have any special Christmas flavors. Hop-aromatic tropical taste of pineapple, grapefruit, unripe citrus and pine needles with marked bitterness and aftertaste of tropical fruit. It is a juicy feeling with good balance in the flavors baked together with a nice slightly bitter aftertaste. #Beer
