Chicken with rice and garlic sauce. A simple sauce made from creme fraiche, garlic, herb salt, salt and black pepper. I first fry the chicken slowly in olive oil and towards the end I raise the heat and toss in a dollop of butter. Crispy outside and gives a juicy chicken! I like to spicy it up with fresh chili. #Food
