Today I cooked Chicken Tinola inspired by Noiser RAVAL. Follow no recipe but had read about this Filipino dish. Marinated chicken thigh fillet with garlic. Homemade chicken stock and I used papaya. Lovely aromas and flavors, will definitely cook this dish again. #Food
