Hansi Flick: "It's an interesting group. There's no easy draw in the Champions League. The name says it all: champions play each other. That's why we're looking forward to the challenge in every game, against Atlético and of course Salzburg, where we'll travel by bus just an hour and a half away."
Manuel Neuer: "It's a strong group, but we have a strong team. Like every year, the defending champions are the favourites in the group. We're really looking forward to the games."
Robert Lewandowski: “We have to be ready. It doesn't matter how many titles we've won; we want more."
Thomas Müller: "A very interesting group. I haven't played against two of the teams - Salzburg and Lokomotiv Moscow. As current Champions League winners, we're already under pressure in the group stage. But I'm really looking forward to these opponents."
Lucas Hernández: "I'm really looking forward to meeting my former club Atlético Madrid in the group stage. It's the club where I grew up playing football, who gave me an incredible amount and with whom I'm very connected."
Hernández: "The two games against them will be complicated, as they defend extremely well and are very strong offensively with their newcomers. They will present us with problems and we will have to give 100 percent to beat them."
