How do you want to appear on the day of your wedding? How do you envisage your bride on that special, joyful occasion of presenting her to yourself as your lawfully wedded wife? For Jesus, he sees a bride who has no spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. He sees a wife gloriously dressed in dazzling white silk, radiant in holiness. The church is Jesus' bride, his spotless bride. His delight is for her to appear glorious, so he owes it a duty to die for her, and to wash her with his pure blood, thus, making her holy and without blemish.
You are that spotless bride. The ever-resplendent glory of Jesus Christ, the Lord. As your head, he teaches you. He leads you. He guides you. He trains you to live the glory life where no human or angel can find fault with you. Do you know the Lord's desire for you? His desire is that when the devil sees you, he should run away from you because of the dazzling light that oozes from your excellent purity. The devil cannot come close to a holy Christian. He is afraid, so much afraid of holy living.
Beloved of Christ, you have none other responsibility to Christ than to respond rightly to his love and his righteous training. It is his will to present you faultless before the presence of his glory, but it is your responsibility to keep yourself in his love, submitting your will to him as your Lord and protector. Whenever your personal ambitions come into conflict with the Lord's will for you, gladly lay down your ambitions at his feet, so that he can cheerfully lead you in the path of rightness according to his love. Keep yourself in his love.

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for demonstrating your love for me in various ways. I am convinced that you love me beyond every limit. I am therefore locked in your will. I have no ambition for myself. Your service is my delight. Your joy is my strength. Hallelujah!
