More than a dozen books have been written on the topic of the power of thoughts and many films have been shot. Different authors interpret the theory of the power of thought in different ways, but in the end everyone comes to the same opinion. What is the impact of our thoughts on our life and the world around us? Today I decided to speculate on this topic.

Every day, a huge number of different thoughts arise in our head. In fact, the thought process is going on all the time, even when we are sleeping. We think - which means we live. But out of countless thoughts, there are good and bad thoughts. What thoughts prevail in your life?

Few people think that your every thought has energy. The thought process is actually very energy-consuming and exhausting for a person. If you are busy with everyday mental work, then you understand what I mean.

Negative thoughts lead to negative outcomes

From personal experience, I can say that negative thoughts attract negative consequences. The bad thoughts we reinforce with a bad mood are a cocktail of bad luck. Many of us have good days and bad days. Analyze it ... On a bad day, we are often exposed to negativity. It's like a vicious circle, negative thoughts attract negative consequences. In turn, negative consequences attract negative thoughts.

But it is our thoughts that lead us to what we have. No matter how harsh it sounds, but we ourselves are the culprits of our failure or our triumph. No one has power over our lives except ourselves. Knowing this, we can become the masters of our destiny and life.

Thought is energy and emotion is fuel

Thoughts without emotion are like a rocket without fuel. She has a purpose, but has no way to fly away. At least fly far away. Imagining a future event in your head, you mentally experience it. Research has shown that when imagining an anticipated exciting event, the same processes occur in the brain as if you were experiencing the event at the moment. That is, it doesn't make a big difference for the brain whether you think about an event or live it in real time.

It's amazing. But imagine that more often than not, our experiences remain a figment of fantasy. So there is no point in unnecessary worries, they can cause real trouble. In my country, there is a concept of the evil eye. You can jinx another person, but you can also jinx yourself. There is truth in this, because thinking about the bad, good will not appear in our life.

It would seem that it might be easier to just stop thinking about the bad. But this is not as easy as it might seem at first glance. Perhaps you have the character of a person who is used to exaggerating insignificant events. Or maybe you are prone to negativity. But fortunately, this can and should be fought.

Do not think, but do...

Any event in our life has some meaning. We are not given to understand him. For example, you make mental and physical efforts to achieve a certain goal. You are in a positive mood, but at one point the events unfold not according to your scenario. What do most people do in this case? They become discouraged and attached to negative experiences. They ask themselves the question: Why am I failing? Why is everything going wrong?

In reality, however, the situation unfolds exactly as it should unfold. Events will never go according to your fictional scenario. All you have to do is focus on your goal and take it step by step. You don't have to put yourself in a rigid box; on the contrary, stay flexible. The universe is arranged in such a way that it will give you what you want, but you are not given to know how you will get it.

For example, you always wanted a house by the sea. You knew that positive thoughts and aspiration would enable you to fulfill your dream. You have planned to save money and buy a house in 10 years. But at one point, your plans collapse. You spend all the accumulated money on helping your relatives, and in addition to this, you are fired from your job. It seems like a disaster. But do not rush to draw conclusions ...

At that moment when everything seemed lost, you find that one of the companions whom you helped in gratitude gives you a lottery ticket. You don't believe in lotto luck, but you accept the gift. In desperation, you win a large amount of money. Would you expect this alignment before then? Hardly. But I'm not exaggerating, but this story really happened with my old friend. True, he bought a house by the lake, not the sea. But he's happy.

What Science Says

While studying the nucleus of an atom, scientists discovered that 99 percent of it consists of emptiness. But upon detailed study, it turned out that space is not completely empty, it consists of energy frequency or information. In fact, most of the universe is permeated with energy. Before long, scientists were faced with the so-called observer effect. In simple words - being observed affects the behavior of atomic particles.

In fact, around us and everything else, there is a quantum field invisible to the eye. It is not static, but constantly changing. A person acts as an observer and with his thoughts is able to influence his own life and surrounding reality. Whatever you think, all of these options already exist in the quantum field as a potential opportunity. Thus, a person is able by thoughts to exert a colossal influence on his existence. Our thoughts and emotions create vibrations that fall into the quantum field.

Knowing this, you can change your life right here and now. Yes, it probably seems absurd, but try changing the verifier of your thoughts. Your life will begin to change dramatically. But this will not happen immediately, but after a certain period of time. I can compare it to a heavy train. It takes a long time for him to pick up speed at first. However, having gained speed it will already be difficult to stop it. This also happens with the processes of positive thinking.

All ingenious is simple

All possible variants of events already exist. All that is required of you is to choose what you want. You can compare this to the fact that you are in a restaurant. There is a huge menu on your table. The waiter is waiting for your instructions, but instead you start to doubt that the dish will be tasty. Or you don’t believe you are worthy to enjoy this dish. The waiter stands at a loss and does not understand your doubts.

Instead, you just need to place an order and wait a bit. Yes, that's how it works. You clearly choose your "dish" and tell the waiter about it. All the rest that is required of you is to be in a good mood and wait until your order is ready. If the "dish" is complex, it may take longer. But don't be discouraged or angry, just wait.

Our emotions and our thoughts are very powerful. All people who achieve great results in life understand this. Someone does it consciously, but most often it is done unconsciously. But everyone who achieved success followed a simple rule: to believe in success and not see obstacles in front of you. You will be rewarded for your positive thinking and resilience. You will get what you want, but you will get it in the most unexpected way.

Knowing that your thoughts are a great power, you must remember the main thing.

  • Stay positive and stay calm in any situation.

  • Focus on the end result, dream and move forward

  • If events do not go according to your scenario, then this is normal. We place an order, but we do not see how the chef prepares a dish for us.

  • Remember, you are the master of your destiny and the builder of your own universe. Every thought is a brick in a huge building.
