Vegetarian Aluradam **
The people in the chat were doing so much luchi luchi that luchi had to be made. And what else can be imagined except the new Aluradam with Luchi !!
Materials
New potatoes
Mustard oil
Bay leaves
Adabata, cumin powder, coriander powder and chilli powder paste.
Tomatoes
Salt
Yellow
Ghee
Hot spice powder
Coriander leaves
Method
Boil the potatoes and peel them.
When the oil is hot in the pan, fry the bay leaves.
Squeeze the paste.
Grate the tomatoes.
Add salt, turmeric powder and kasun (you can add a little sugar if desired)
Stir in the boiled potatoes and add water in such a way that it does not become a broth. Cover and cook for five minutes on low heat.
Turn off the heat and mix hot spice powder, ghee and coriander leaves and pour into the pot.
