Instant Chicken Roast with Packet Spices **

Readymade roast spices are available in the market. With these you can easily make chicken roast to the taste of the wedding house. Learn how to make.

Materials

Pieces of roast - 1 kg amount

Sour yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Almond paste - 2 tablespoons

Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp

Soybean oil - 1/3 cup

Onion crumbs - 1/3 cup and half a cup

Bay leaves - 2

Cinnamon - 1 stick

Cardamom - 4

They are anise-1

Onion paste - 1/3 cup

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Roast spices - 1 packet

Salt- to taste

Whole green pepper- a few

Liquid milk - 1 cup

Sugar- half a teaspoon

Keorajal - half a teaspoon

Rose water - half a teaspoon

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Preparation method

Sprinkle the roast pieces with 1 teaspoon of salt. In a bowl, mix sour yogurt, tomato sauce and almond paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the roast pieces until light brown. Arrange 1/3 cup onion in the same oil. Remove the barista from the oil and grate half a cup of onion in a pan. Stir in cardamom, cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves. When onion becomes soft, add onion paste, ginger paste and garlic paste. Stir well and add the sour curd mixture. Now add 1/4 cup water with a packet of roast spices.

Cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes. When the oil floats, add the roast pieces. Stir for 5 to 6 minutes. Cover the pan with lob, whole green chillies and liquid milk to taste. Cook over low to medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Shake a few times in between. Stir in sugar, keora water, rose water and ghee before unloading.
