Resting is defined as a " condition to which no person is doing nothing resting is an ideal situation".

Resting also plays an important role in our luves people who use to rest for 5 -6 hours Have a good gealth and many time had a good impact on the mind so resting is an important for the humans and for proper health .

Without it we would do nothin g amd our gealth would get more ugly .so resting is an important for health and mind issues too.

A good mind beeds some rest and some refreshemnt so that it woyld work great without these all elements it would have nothing to work and would have nothing to think aboyt at all . Some confused themseleves that if we take alot of rest we would be get lazy no you wpuld not get lazy but yes if you take an over rest then you would get lazy .

So being a human our mind and body needs some rest and some rwfreshemnt to safe ourselves to be healtheir . By doing rest we would be more resfres our mind woyld be work more food and efficiently and our health would become good so resting is an important element in our life for a good health and a proper life.

Haing some refreshment in life means that ypu are giving some time and some enjoyment to your body and feelings and mind also .
