They progress in breeding new "hottest" chilli every year scotch bonnet, bhut jolokia, naga jolokia, red savina, trinidad scorpion, carolina reaper ... The tastiest of all the super-hot ones (real mouth burners) to me is "fatalii" it is so wonderful fruity if you can withstand the heat. I use one fruit for a 10 person chili con carne ... and not a lot of people are able to eat it ... *sigh* #Food
