Losers Focus On The Winners, While Winners Concentrate On Winning
A person who succeeds in their efforts or ambitions is a winner. It refers to someone who has made a major contribution, frequently via patience, hard effort, and dedication.
While a loser is frequently used to characterize someone who is perceived as being unsuccessful or who has failed to attain a desired result.
When losers concentrate on winners, they frequently do so because they want recognition and praise from those who have already succeeded.
Although they might view the winners as a representation of what is achievable, they might also feel scared and underqualified in the face of their achievement. They may think success is out of their reach and that the winners possess qualities they don't.
I represented my company in a project bid last year. I went with my boss for the presentation. Only three companies were invited to the presentation.

I saw one company at the presentation. They are well known for doing bad projects and they used to complain about other companies to the state Government.
They lose focus on making their projects better since they are always reviewing the work of other organizations and reporting any errors they find there. Despite their inefficiency, the company had the advantage of landing projects because it was controlled by a well-known politician.
We were both later given the job, which was a two-phase road project. Each segment was 2 kilometres long. My company concentrated on how to complete the project quickly. While the other company was occupied supervising our job. The development of the project, reviewing our obstacles and laughing at our errors.
We made mistakes and fixed them right away. We concentrated on the result and planned various strategies to have a classic project. We finished the project in just 8 months, and everything turned out magnificently.
The other company had not completed up to 50% of the work when the ministry of works arrived to inspect the two projects. We were both given the project at the same time. They paid for mobilization simultaneously, yet they were checking our job while they neglected their own.
The ministry of works even confessed that they reported our company to them, that we were doing low-quality work.
In the end, their contract was revoked from them, it was awarded to our company. They became losers because they didn't focus on themselves, they focused on another company's work.
Goal-setting and working toward them are important components of the winning mindset. Those that succeed can clearly state their goals and create a strategy for achieving them. Additionally, despite failures and distractions, they can maintain discipline and concentrate. They are aware that achieving achievement takes time and requires determination.
A winner understands what is worth fighting for and what is worth giving in on. A loser makes concessions where he shouldn't and fights for causes that aren't worth it. Every day is a fight for life, and it's crucial that we are fighting for the right causes and not spending our time on unnecessary stuff.
The capacity to take lessons from mistakes and apply them to future situations is another essential quality of winners. The ability to use failures and setbacks as chances for advancement allows winners to move on from them rather than dwelling on them. They are prepared to evaluate their performance and make necessary corrections so that they can gradually improve.
In conclusion, those who succeed and those who fail have different perspectives. Winners are completely focused on winning and are prepared to put in the effort necessary to achieve their goals, in contrast to losers who frequently focus on the winners and may become discouraged.
Winners can succeed in any competitive effort by adopting a growth mindset, having clear goals, remaining focused and disciplined, and learning from their experiences.
