What we need to do to revive the smartBCH chain and the community It’s been a tough few months for the smartBCH community. We’ve seen our chain shaken, most of our projects stop developing, and our community becomes divided. But we can’t give up. We have to remember what we’re fighting for: a decentralized, community-driven cryptocurrency that enables smart contracts and applications on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain. We know all of us are here for various reasons or purposes, but without a thriving community and network, we can get what we want. In order to revive the smartBCH chain and community, we must first come together. We must put our differences aside and focus on what we have in common: our love for Bitcoin Cash and our belief in its potential as the world’s best cryptocurrency. Once we’re united, we can start working on growing the smartBCH chain and the community by following some or all the suggestions below. We have a long road ahead of us, but the future is bright for the smartBCH chain and community. Let’s get to it. Step 1: We must set our minds to rebuilding and strengthening the smartBCH community Any successful EVM chain needs a strong community behind it to survive. Our community is the core of our survival, and without the community, we have no foundation. However, the community was divided against itself following the Coinflex debacle. But now is the time to bring the communities together. The smartBCH community needs a large volunteer team that’s capable of growing the smartBCH community both on and off the chain. It needs a dedicated social media team, as well as a set of volunteer reporters who can help the community grow and develop. The smartBCH community also needs a public resource for more information about smartBCH, our chain, and our other projects. Step 2: Aggressive marketing of the chain via social media and news sites As an ambitious project, we can’t stand alone anymore, so we must win it through social media and social networks. We must continue to market smartBCH to everyone, and generate a lot of content about the project and its history. We must seek out every opportunity to communicate with potential users. We must keep our story alive through all mediums. Even though some of our influencers and community volunteers are doing an amazing job spreading the word about smartBCH, we can’t stop here. We need to do more, and we must do it now. We have to try new things and go beyond our comfort zones. We must work hard and put everything into marketing smartBCH. Step 3: Encouragement and guidance for smartBCH developers and projects owners The developer community is crucial to any blockchain project, and they are both a source of power and money for smartBCH. We have a large developer community, and many of them are very talented. In order to help our developers thrive, we must first help them reach their full potential. However, this is easier said than done. The developers and owners of projects must feel safe and supported in order to succeed. To this end, the smartBCH team must create a community-driven development team that's focused on building smartBCH technology in the most efficient way possible. They must also encourage projects to continue development on smartBCH. Step 4: Creation of a smartBCH chain native token The success of the smartBCH community will determine its success, and the token is crucial for both the crypto and fiat sectors of the chain. It’s time to create a native smartBCH token that can be traded in the Dex and used to facilitate smartBCH transactions. This will not only help to bring life to the community but also will help to increase value for the chain. The creation of a smartBCH native token could bring new investors into the ecosystem and also bring smartBCH to the outside world. Creating a smartBCH native token will not only stabilize the network but also develop an ecosystem around the smartBCH chain. Step 5: Speeding up the release of the SHA-GATE bridge The sha-gate release has been delayed for too long already, and it’s become quite clear that we need to move faster. The sha-gate is key to the success of the smartBCH ecosystem and the trustworthiness of the chain. SmartBCH was created to be a decentralized network, and sha-gate will be its backbone. The development team should find a way to speed up the release of the sha-gate. In order to drive the growth of the smartBCH chain, the focus should be on releasing the sha-gate and raising a lot of awareness about smartBCH and its deployment. This should be done by actively advertising smartBCH on news websites, social networks, and forums. Conclusion The smartBCH project has great potential, and this is only the beginning of our journey. As a user and believer in the chain, I strongly believe if the community comes together and works by some of the recommendations in this article, it will succeed. The release of the sha-gate will be a game changer for smartBCH, and if the team is able to work faster, the sha-gate release will be a significant milestone in the development of the smartBCH network. We need to work faster and harder to make smartBCH the most popular decentralized EVM chain in the world. Let's get there together!

What happened to the 5th edition of the Bitcoin Cash myth Bursting competition? I remember reading the last update by @SofiaCBCH about the roadmap for the 5th edition of the Myth Bursting writing competition a month ago- but I couldn’t find anything mentioned about it since then on this platform and there has been no single myth-bursting article published so far. Even though the submission of entries will close by the end of the month, it seems the community of writers is not motivated enough this time to deliver new myth-bursting stories to the Bitcoin cash community. Is the culture being broken? There has been no new update about the 5th edition of the competition. Is the community not enthusiastic enough to write new myth-busting stories? Or has the organizer given up due to the bear market situation and the low numbers of writers we now have on the platform? I was waiting to see some entries before diving in and making some entries for the competition, but it seems there is not much interest this time, so I decided to take a look at the submission update, there is no single response since the last time it was updated for the beginning of the contest. Do we not want to write again? This year's edition has higher prizes for the winning entries. Last year we had 6 winners of the contest, with a different variety of stories of which @Panteracame top, and even though the prizes were very good, this year's edition will be better. However, there have not been any comments since the updates, even though the contest is running right now and the closing date is just a couple of weeks away. Could this be the end of the myth-busting writing contest? We have very few writers here on the writing platform to bring new myth-busting stories to the community, and none seem interested enough to write. I want to encourage the writers that there is still time to write. With 3 weeks to go before the submission deadline, there is still time to get some myths busted, as well as bring a new way to look at the bear market situation in the digital currency space. The community needs this and it is time to show us how they want to work with the current situation. If you think you could write and contribute to the community and write a new myth-busting story for the bitcoin cash community, you still have a few weeks to get in before the submission deadline. You can find the rules and submission guidelines here. https://read.cash/@SofiaCBCH/5th-bch-anniversary-myth-hunter-contest-special-edition-7854c290 I am sure the organizer does not want to close this competition, but with the low number of writers and a low number who might be able to produce myths-busting articles for submission, I think the myth-bursting 5th edition may not gain traction this term. It is too bad, but that's the reality. My opinion is that, if a few writers can join the contest, this will still be good, because it is better to have a few stories on the platform than to have zero stories. I think the core of the community will be attracted to the contest, and those stories should tell new things about this edition and the community. It will be good to get a new update from the organizer so we know what is the current state of the myth-busting contest. If the writer community is not excited enough, the contest will lose credibility and we will not see anything coming out of this competition in the future. the community is not exciting anymore. It may take some time to dig ourselves out, but we have to try. I wish you all the best of luck in the writing contest, I hope to see some myth-busting stories coming out from this contest soon. I hope to see an updated page on the contest page, with the list of writers who submitted their entries and their SPL addresses as required for the submissions. I hope the organizer @SofiaCBCH gets to see this article and take into consideration that the contest is not going as it should be.

The will to win People waste time and resources because they are too preoccupied with wanting more time and better resources to utilize what they already have. In a year or two, you could be astonished at what you've accomplished if you focus on doing the little things in great ways. "The will to win is wasted if it is directed towards trivial affairs." James Clear. Be the best you can in the little things you can do. Earning 50 cents in an article of 300 words doesn't seem worthwhile when you see people publishing longer articles and earning more than you do. But winning in small ways is a form of greatness on its own. Being the best is tough work. There is always room for improvement. Even the very best isn't great every single time. But the good news is that no one is perfect. Being average isn't terrible and no one is the very best. Enjoy the little things, the milestones. According to Rich Womack "The road to greatness in life is paved with small victories." Winning is easy. Making it sustainable is more challenging. Don't be fooled by those who feel they're more than they are and are motivated by outside forces. Don't fall into the same trap as the athletes and people with the most potential. Competing for a position should not be the goal of a person. The goal is to win. And the best way to win is to put in the work, put in the time, put in the practice, and trust the process. It's okay if you win in small ways and you win a little, but strive to win the most. It's possible. Do your work, trust the process and just get better. Your moment of greatness could be just around the corner. The real hero in life isn't the guy who punches a giant dragon in the face for the rest of the world to see. He's the one who went from zero to hero in a space of time and made that hero his own. He's the one who earned it, by putting in the work. Every day, let your greatness be apparent. Every day, let your greatness define who you are and where you are going. Every day, celebrate your wins, no matter how small, because your wins will not be in proportion to how great you truly are if you haven't achieved your potential. Your greatness is something you can have no matter where you are in life, and no matter what you are doing. One of the greatest weaknesses I have as a writer is not being able to get a good night's sleep. Because my mind is too busy thinking about ideas and plots and things I'm planning to write about the next day. Being a writer is a form of creativity and intuition, which usually leads to waking up with a great idea in the middle of the night. Don't ignore your creativity or your intuition. If you aren't able to get a solid seven hours of sleep, take some quiet time, close your eyes and see what you can see. Try to dream, but don't force it. Just let your mind wander. When I'm not able to sleep, I open my eyes, shut off my computer and see what I can see. In life, we will always have obstacles to overcome. There are times when the "routine" won't work, and we have to be willing to step outside our comfort zone. We will fail more times than we succeed, but every single time we succeed at something, it will make the next attempt a little easier. Every time we fail, we learn from the experience and prepare for our next opportunity. Failure is not an option. If you accept failure, you don't take chances. You settle. You're afraid of life and, therefore, you settle for mediocrity. We should all fail a lot. It's how you move on to the next attempt. We should not give up if the first one is unsuccessful. If we don't at least try, we can't succeed. Look at yourself and your situation. Is it going to make you happy? Is it what you want? Then keep doing it. Keep trying. If you fail, at least you know what not to do next time. The future is ahead of you. You have an opportunity to try new things, challenge yourself, create something that will help the world, or serve it in a way no one else can. Everyone has within him the power to bring the whole world around. So ask yourself, do you have the courage? "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." Winston Churchill. Remember what it was like to try something new and fail. Those failures helped create who you are and what you are capable of becoming. Don't shy away from failure. Your failures will teach you things you can never learn from success.

My September started with a bang, 3 bcBCH already in the wallet Wondering why it's bcBCH and not BCH? bcBCH is the blockng.money version of sBCH created to enable smartBCH users to exit the chain easily since Coinflex locked the smartBCH bridge over 3 months ago. You may also be wondering what is the connection between read.cash and bcBCH since the platform only use BCH for tipping. That's where the story will be an interesting one. For over 2 weeks now, most of my articles have been about smartBCH and all the incidence happening in the community since the Coinflex fiasco started. I wrote previously about some positive and negative incidence that has happened since the bridge was locked, I also wrote about the exodus of smartBCH project owners to the Dogechain. These articles were posted in the smartBCH community group which leads to some interesting discussions and interactions with some smartBCH community leaders. Following the nature of the discussion in the smartBCH community group, I published yet another article about smartBCH which I titled "A dig at some of the smartBCH projects that have stopped developing, rugged or abandoned". As usual, I shared the article in the smartBCH community group once again. This time, the article leads to a very hot debate that resulted in some interesting discussions with some project owners and other members of the community. For this post, a smartBCH community leader asked if I can share the post on the smartBCH research forum. Without thinking twice, I signed up for the forum and share the post. About 30 minutes later, the same smartBCH community leader who asked me to share the post in the forum messaged me on telegram with the link to my article and a short message that reads "Sorry, send me your wallet address, I will send you 3 bcBCH". In another minute I saw the bcbcH in my wallet. This is the link to the post in the smartBCH research forum. https://research.smartbch.org/t/a-dig-at-some-of-the-smartbch-nft-projects-that-has-stopped-developing-rugged-or-abandoned/185/4 What! 3 bcBCH or 3 BCH just like that? I don't know how to thank this smartBCH user that goes by the username @BCHfool for his generous gesture. If you know him thank him for me. I am most humbled by the incident. The Bitcoin cash community has quite a good number of passionate and generous people who value quality content that is factually based and honest. Whether it's on the read.cash, Reddit, memo.cash, or in the smartBCH community, Bitcoin cash people are the same and you can find this kind of passionate and generous people in any other community. My September started with a bang thanks to @BCHfool for the generous gift. Even if it was not tipped directly in the article I find it hard to not share this event and my humbled feelings about the Bitcoin cash community in this article. If there's anything I just learned from this experience, is that hard work and persistence work pay. I have said several times in my previous articles that sometimes we need to write for the readers and not for fun. The time spent researching for facts to present in your article may seem like a waste of time when you consider how much you could get for it on this platform. However, there can be a lucky day when someone who loves quality content visits your article. I am glad that this time, the lucky day was for me. Another thing I will like to say here is the importance of sharing the link of your Bitcoin cash-related articles on any of the Bitcoin cash forums like Reddit. But, of course, you cannot share any article you know people will not be interested in on such forums. However, you can use such forums which tends to increase the reach of your post, and that's only when you know your post has what people could be interested in. What a way to begin the new month for me. I feel over the moon as I type this. Thanks again to @BCHfool, and other Bitcoin cash community members for their kind gestures toward writers on this platform. Disclaimer: The article should not be taken as a recommendation for anyone to start spamming the smartBCH community groups with your articles or the smartBCH research forum. This is just an act of appreciation to the smartBCH community group, the research forum, and the community member that paid the amount to tip me the 3 bcBCH. And I really appreciate the act of @BCHfool for doing it. It is better to work hard for something than to get it for free. It may be small but you can gain a lot of joy and satisfaction from your efforts. Good luck and have a great day.

September is here, the month of setting the financial ball rolling. I am not doing a recap for August, instead, I am setting a target for September. There are a lot of financial obligations to fulfill in the new month, and, in fact, the whole ember months. With that in mind, I need to muscle up and extend my tentacles to all financial rewarding activities places I could find. My financial target or goal for September will be $1500. I don't know how I can achieve it but I will give it a shot. After all there is no harm in dreaming big.

A dig at some of the smartBCH NFT projects that has stopped developing, rugged or abandoned There have been several projects on the smartBCH network that either stopped developing or were abandoned in the few months since the smartBCH community and Coinflex fiasco over the bridge lock started. A good number of projects have stopped the development of their features altogether, while others have completely abandoned their projects leaving investors in the dark. For those that have not abandoned their projects, they have stopped developing features blaming the situation on Coinflex and a lack of faith that the chain will survive. One of the biggest issues with most of these projects is that some of them are creating copies of the same NFT on alternative chains, notably the Dogechain. In this article, we will take digging into some of the projects that have stopped developing or completely abandoned. CashBear NFT project Owner: @cyberiV Telegram group: CashBear https://t.me/cashbears The CashBear NFT project is the first that comes to mind among the NFT projects on the smartBCH chain that has been abandoned or rugged. The CashBear NFT comes with 1500 total supply and a mint price of 0.01 BCH per mint that enables the NFT to be sold out quickly. Although the CashBear collection artwork is a plagiarized version of the popular okay Bears on the Solana chain, the smartBCH investors loved them and were happy to have them at that cheap price. The project owner promised a reward of the project's native token to CashBear holders periodically, and a staking reward for those who will stake their Bears. However, none of these promises were fulfilled even though the project had a token pre-sale or an IBO. The last that was heard from the owner of the project was that the current situation in the smartBCH chain would not allow him to continue with the project development, and that was all that could ever be heard from him for the past three months. Lads NFT project Owner: Michael @ladsclub0 Telegram group: Ladsnft https://t.me/ladsnft The Lads NFT project was one of the first NFT projects to be launched in the smartBCH chain. It came with a total supply of 10k which was later reduced to 6k at 0.026 per mint. The utilities promised to investors were staking and gamfi features. Although the owner provided investors with a staking feature and a little liquidity for the reward token, the gamfi feature was never going to happen. Several excuses were given for the delay in releasing the games by the project owner. The last that could be heard of the games was that they will no longer be released and the owner has abandoned the project and moved to another chain. Michael left the project without saying a word to the community, and since then the project crumbles leaving investors in the lurk. Goblin NFT project Owner: @danaladin Telegram group: GGoblinnf https://t.me/goblincashnft The Goblin NFT project is one of the projects that has moved to the Dogechain and currently minting the same collection of NFT it has on the smartBCH chain on the latter. The owner of the project came into the smartBCH community a few months ago and started shilling. Quite a good number of people joined the project and buy the NFT which is clearly a copied artwork from the Ethereum chain. It has a total supply of 5555 in the collection at the price of 0.01 BCH per mint. The project promised to give back a certain percentage of the sales revenue as liquidity for the staking reward token. Although the mint was yet to finish, there are no more activities on the telegram group chat, and the owner is currently minting the same NFT on the Dogechain at the time of writing this article. I'Tired NFT project Owner: @web3_task Telegram group: I'Tired NFT https://t.me/imtirednft The I'Tired NFT project was one kind of funny project with a funny name. The owner came from nowhere and started shilling about the project everywhere. After getting some people attracted to the project and minted a portion of the NFT collection, the owner disappeared and nothing was ever heard from him. There's not much to say about this project that lasted only for about a month or so before the owner went MIA. List of rugged, abandoned, or otherwise dead projects! -Of course, we would be happy to take you off this list if there is a good reason to do so- 👇🏻 Lads https://t.me/ladsnft Cashbears https://t.me/cashbears Fatcat https://t.me/FATCATBCH Queens https://t.me/ThronesBCH Goblin https://t.me/goblincashnft ImtiredNFT https://t.me/imtirednft Cattos Tropical Finance Dex https://t.me/TROPICALFINANCE BIG BUTT NFT ( owner @brianbch moved to Dogechain) https://t.me/bbbchb All of the above incidences happened during the past two months and there's a general fear that many other projects may follow the same route. In most project chat groups, all that you hear from the project owner or developer is that the Coinflex situation has affected their progress in developing the project. How the Coinflex issue affected project development is unknown to me. I supposed it is the investors who should be complaining about not having an easy-to-use bridge to bridge in and out of the chain. Instead, it's the projects' owners that are complaining about the situation the more. This attitude is what is killing investors' interest in the smartBCH community. If every project owner or team can be optimistic about the survival of the smartBCH chain no investors would be afraid of anything. The negative attitude of some projects owner or teams to the smartBCH chain is what is making the ecosystem toxic to investors.

SmartBCH NFT projects migration to Dogechain, what will happen to investors on the SmartBCH chain? While we continue to think about what is the best solution to save the SmartBCH chain from dying, we should not forget about the thousands of investors who are most affected by the current problem in the SmartBCH community. It is on record that almost all the NFT projects on the chain have stopped building or developing their project while a good number of them have entirely abandoned their project without saying a word to their community of investors. Most of these projects have found a new home on the Dogechain leaving their investors in the SmartBCH community at a loose end. In the latest development, an investor in most of the SmartBCH NFT projects posted on his Noise.cash channel earlier today, expressing his thoughts regarding the current situation of the NFT projects in the SmartBCH chain. As owners of most of the SmartBCH NFT projects have already abandoned their projects and migrated to the Dogechain, investors who have invested their funds in these projects are caught in an identity crisis as no one has provided any clarity as to what will happen to them in the future. Some of the NFTs projects are building copies of their abandoned SmartBCH NFTs on the Dogechain. Notably among them are Goblins NFT, and Kensho NFT by the NFT club. Although the NFT club carried its investors along in their migration or what they called expansion journey, others have left their investors in the lurch with no specific plans to protect investors. We know it is a good thing for a project to expand and build on other chains, but is it right for project owners to create a copy of the same project on those chains in which the smartBCH users have invested their money and be left with nothing? We need to consider this crucial question and find the best solution that will not be one-sided. It is a good move if a project can build on the Dogechain and support Dogecoin users. And it is definitely a good move if a project can build on Etherium and support Eth users. But it is very important to find a way where both parties are happy with the move. Instead of leaving us on the pavement, the project owners should develop creative options that will be inclusive and beneficial to their investors. One such option as suggested by an investor in most of the affected projects is to create a copy of their project on the Dogechain and give some discount benefits to their investors on the smartBCH to participate in the minting of the NFTs in the Dogechain. This option can serve both parties well. It will give the team fresh funds to continue further development on the project in the new chain. on the other hand, investors would be able to continue participating in the Dogechain NFT minting and get some minor profit from that. On a broader look, this option of a discount may not work for all investors in a particular project. such factors as lack of funds to join the new chain, and the speed with which most NFT minting sold out should be considered. This way, both parties can feel good and have a win-win situation. However, this is far from what we have seen so far. And it is really distressing that there is no project team that truly has their investors in mind and only sees their own interests above other things. A second option would be to provide a bridge to migrate the project together with the investors to a new chain. In this case, no new NFTs should be created for minting in Dogechain. This will enable users to utilize the Dogechain NFT busy Marketplaces to sell their NFTs and get back something for their investments. This option can only come from a team who doesn't want to leave a bad impression on the SmartBCH community. Nevertheless, the drawback of this option is that a project that migrates to a new chain does so for two reasons which are to have a functional chain to continue the project's development and to make more money. These reasons are the motivating factors behind the exodus of SmartBCH projects to the Dogechain. If a new stream of income is not involved, the project team is not motivated to do something to salvage the situation for the investors. We can also look at another option that I think will be the best for both project owners and their investors. NFT project owners can give all their investors at least one to two free mints in the Dogechain version. This option is a win-win for all parties as it will give a fresh source of liquidity to the Dogechain market and we will see a large number of new users, and also satisfy their older investors to get some benefits and feel good. In conclusion, the project owners should realize that it is in their best interest to keep their existing investors in mind while doing their moves. It will be their big advantage over the Dogechain or any other chain for a long time. If they do that, their project will gain more traction on the new chain and they will be able to have a stable economy that will give them the resources to continue developing their project. These are just some of the ideas that I think will be a big win-win for all parties involved. I hope to see these ideas implemented in most of the projects migrating to the Dogechain and they should understand that the best way to tackle the situation on the SmartBCH at the moment is by being united with the rest of the community. What is your say on all this? Let us know in the comments section!

@Fexonice1

What is the best solution to save SmartBCH from dying? No one knows what is going on behind the scene in the smartBCH community. The leaders who were supposed to keep the community informed about solutions have been silent all these days, leaving the community in doubt about the survival of the chain. The silence of some key leaders of the community has only helped to increase the level of doubt on the chain thereby leading to in-house fighting between community members. All of the members of the community want the chain to succeed but it is sad to see how the community members were unable to discuss and think through the problem and how to solve it. The disunity among community members is a major concern that needs to be addressed first. If the community can come together and work on a good solution then the SmartBCH chain may survive. A lot of people have been asking "Will SmartBCH die"? or "Will it survive"? The question is not new. It has been going on for a long time and has been propagated by a lot of people in the community since the bridge in the care of Coinflex was locked. However, ever since that time going to 3 months now, the SmartBCH chain is still functioning. Even now, people have been asking me, "Will SmartBCH survive?". What I am about to say is not an official answer. But what I do know for sure is that the smartBCH team is trying its best to solve the problem. But even then, the SmartBCH team cannot work alone. The community has a big role to play in the survival of the chain. From looking at the chain of the previous 3 months, there have been a few key players that have supported the chain with their funds to keep the backing of sBCH to BCH mainchain on a ratio of 1:1. However, this doesn't seem to solve the main problem which is having a decentralized bridge. The Bolivar bridge by the Blockng.money team doesn't fit well in the narrative of the smartBCH chain. A bridge that requires a user to receive bridged funds on another chain entirely is not a bridge that can be called a smartBCH bridge. And such a bridge should ideally be utilized as the bridge between the cryptocurrencies, hence the community cannot rely on it. Several opinion writer on the bridge issue has aired their view on the matter and how best they think the smartBCH chain can be savaged. One of the solutions that have been suggested by many is to have a DAO of a SmartBCH who can raise the funds for the backing of an SHA-GATE bridge. This DAO will then have to claim the locked funds by Coinflex whenever the funds are released. Although this is a good solution, it will take a long time to have enough people who are willing to participate in the DAO with their funds. SmartBCH seems not to have enough whales who are willing to make this possible any time soon. @Pantera suggests a relaunch of the smartBCH chain. However, there are various issues that come with a relaunch. Firstly, there will be a change of name from SmartBCH to something SmartBCH V2. The new chain must also run in sync with the existing chain to enable easy migration of projects on the existing chain to the new chain. The chain that is relaunched must also have the same POW algorithm as the chain of the original SmartBCH. And also, the relaunched chain of SmartBCH will need a new wallet server as the existing wallet server cannot be linked to the new smartBCH chain and running in sync with the relaunched chain. Moreover, some people who may not be aware of the relaunch will find it difficult to recover their token when they get to know about the change of the chain. The relaunched smartBCH chain will have to undergo numerous protocols and changes. It will be cost-prohibitive to run the chain in sync with the current SmartBCH chain. Furthermore, Pantera also suggested that the relaunch should come with a governance token for the network which will be issued to the community to raise funds for a decentralized bridge. This could also be airdrop to some committed sBCH holders and those that have been supporting the chain since the issue with the locked bridge started. Although, this idea seems good on paper and would be much easier to execute. However, it is a lot of work for the SmartBCH team to deal with airdrop distribution. Most people would likely bridge in a larger amount of sBCH with numerous wallets to enable them to claim more portion of the airdrop. This can be a big disadvantage to investors who invest in the governance token since such desperate airdrop claimers would likely sell off the tokens as soon as they receive them. The biggest long-term solution for this issue might be to relaunch the current SmartBCH chain and link a bridge from the new chain to it, while also using the same wallet server. This will involve creating a new chain of SmartBCH and having the same POW algorithm. In other words, this will not only enable relaunched SmartBCH chain to be linked with the existing SmartBCH chain but also with all of the crypto assets on the existing chain. This will finally put an end to the state of uncertainty. There could also be a governance token as suggested by Pantera above, but instead of airdropping the token to a few committed users, it should be to every smartBCH wallet that holds any amount of sBCH at the time of the token launch without pre-informing the community about the rules for being qualified for the airdrop. Once the DAO is established, the token should allow access to the SmartBCH network and give access to the SmartBCH and sBCH assets. In this way, SmartBCH can become independent and would not need to rely on mainchain BCH backing anymore. Interesting, an astute sBCH supporter with the telegram username @BCHfool stated with much confidence that the smartBCH community leaders are not silent for no reason, but they are taking the time to work out the best solution behind the scene. According to @BCHfool, the best solution on the table is to maintain the peg of sBCH to BCH at 1:1 and wait for SHA-GATE to be released in the space of three months from now. He added that a relaunch isn't an option to consider at all. In conclusion, we cannot ignore the fact that SmartBCH is in deep trouble. Not because of the DAO problem, but because there is a lack of clear information in the community. Thus, it is best to bail out before SmartBCH collapses under the weight of uncertainty. If the development of the SHA-GATE is going on behind the scene, maintaining the peg should be the right thing to do now but, there should be clarity on the issues as soon as possible. As a community, there is a need to agree and decide on a method that will best ensure SmartBCH comes out of this crisis and can take on the whole ecosystem.

What happened across the bridge? Got a bag of a free airdrop Over the week my explorative nature drove me to explore the Dogecbain new EVM community to see how things work outside the smartBCH chain community, little did I know it was going to turn out to be the best experience I would ever have. My attempt to know how things work in the Dogechain community was just for learning and not for anything serious like investing in any project on the chain. However, the hype on the Dogechain community was greater than any normal blockchain community I knew before, and I had a feeling that something was going to happen on the Dogechain. That was when I started thinking to buy into a new project token that would have a Dex with just $10. As an experiment, the $10 was what I could afford to lose even though I didn't do any DYOR before crossing the Dogechain bridge with the money. Like every other EVM it is expected for users to bridge their tokens to the chain native token before they can be able to participate in any project within the ecosystem. I bridged my $10 Dogecoin without any prior knowledge of how the bridge works. It was a risk yet I didn't think twice before doing it. The hype about the project I was investing in didn't last long as the project turned out to be a scam and ended in a rug pull. However, my instincts pulled me out of the project before the scammer pulled the rug. I got back my $10 with a $25 profit from the failed project but felt a little disappointed because at the time I pulled out the project already gained traction and was heading to the moon before the launch of the Dex. With such a bad experience on my first time in the Dogechain community, I wouldn't think of spending more time playing around on the chain. Heading back to the Dogechain bridge, the bridge would have me waiting for 2 days to receive my funds which makes me hate the Dogechain community the more. Nonetheless, it seems the whole thing played out the way it did for my benefit. When checking the bridge to track my transaction I found out I have been selected as one of the first group of users who tried to bridge using the Dogechain bridge and qualified to receive a yearlong airdrop of the Dogechain DAO token. Did the Dogechain just put me on a salary payroll? Yup! That's how it seems to me. According to the airdrop instructions, 15% of the total airdrop to be received will be given out initially while the remaining 85% will be unlocked for claim gradually once every month for the next 12 months. My 15% $DC airdrop has already been claimed and transferred to my wallet. A total of 1554.61 $DC tokens were received. I feel very excited about it and knowing that the $DC token is already listed and trading on several reputable exchange platforms makes me feel even more excited. The $DC token is trading on Kucoin as I am writing this article and is currently priced at $.0023. This is the most talked about token on the Dogechain community right now and a lot of people are investing in the token. There is much potential for the token to grow in value as the success of the token depends on the Dogechain community's growth. So, I think that will be a good reason to hold my $DC and keep collecting the free airdrop every month for the next 12 months. What a lucky adventure it turned out to be for me across the Dogechain bridge. As I already mentioned, I had a bad experience on the bridge. But it turned out to be the best experience I have ever had in the cryptocurrency world. Unfortunately, the snapshot for the airdrop has been done and no new entries can receive the airdrop as of today. I will keep my eye on the price of the Dogechain $DC for when the token price will reach a good amount for me to sell. Dogmoney and Kasumi on the Dogechain Thought I would leave the Dogechain for good, but hey, I am still there. Found out Kasumi the developer and owner of the Mistswap Dex on the SmartBCH chain just launched a new Dex on the Dogechain with only a handful of people using the Dex to farm the native token called DOGMONEY. I was surprised to see Kasumi offer this service on the Dogechain, knowing Kasumi as a trusted and reliable developer, I bridge back my $35 Dogecoin and add liquidity for DOGMONEY pair on the Dex with a good APR and start farming DOGMONEY right away. In case you would like to try to farm in the Dex, join the telegram group from the link below. Dog money.money https://t.me/dogmoneyofficial There is still more to discover across the bridge.

Surviville NFT project reward card game is live The art of profiting is getting interesting these days in the smartBCH community with several projects coming up with new and innovative ideas for the benefit of their users and the general public. The Surviville NFT project has just announced the launch of its new reward card game on smartBCH. This exciting development will give users the chance to enjoy some fun and earn good rewards along. It is a much-expected development for the Reaperville NFT community and the smartBCH ecosystem given the benefits it will bring to the project and the community in the long run. What is Surviville? Surviville is a community and a project that revolves around the use of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the smartBCH EVM chain. What does that mean? To put it simply, think of NFTs as digital assets that are unique and cannot be replicated. Each NFT is like its own individual piece, and it can be used to represent anything from digital artwork and collectibles to virtual goods and real-world assets. The Surviville project currently has one NFT collection on the smartBCH which is called Reaperville. This NFT collection is unique in its class and can be staked to earn a reward in the Surviville native token $SVC. The $SVC token is the currency that powers the Surviville platform to incentivize investors in the community and also give value to the NFTs themselves. Therefore, to continue to give value to the Surviville products a use case for their native token is a welcome idea. This brings us to the newly released reward card game, the first among several use cases being lined up for the Surviville native token $SVC. The Surviville is the first platform to offer this kind of exciting game on the smartBCH chain. Members can enjoy playing the game while having fun and making a profit as they go. **What are the things to know about the reward card game?** The reward card game offered by the Surviville NFT project is straightforward to understand but also filled with a lot of suspense that makes the game fun to play. The game is offered in real money mode. Players earn the Surviville native token $SVC while playing the game. The SVC tokens can be used to upgrade the Reaperville NFT or exchanged for other tokens namely sBCH at the point of cashing out. Everyone who has the Reaperville NFT staked on the Surviville platform qualifies for some discount based on the staking power of their NFTs. The amount required to play each card game is only 100 SVC tokens or 0.002 sBCH. Winnings payments are issued automatically as soon as a card is played. This means a user doesn't have to wait to reach a minimum withdrawal limit before getting their wings payment. Since it's a blockchain game, users have full control of their funds and winnings. How to start playing the reward card game The games are easy to understand and play. There are no technical requirements to play the game. This means anyone can join in the fun and play as many cards as they can. Playing the game simply requires a user to visit the Surviville website and connect wallet by clicking on the login button at the top of the home page. Once the wallet is connected, a user then needs to click on the SVC card game button to go to the game platform. Once on the game platform, The instructions and rules of the game are well laid out for everyone to read before starting to play the game. Instructions on how the discount is applied and the level of discounts a user qualifies for could be seen on the page. A user can play the game either with sBCH or $SVC tokens. Playing the game is similar to minting an NFT, the system works similarly and there are only 1215 cards to be played, You can play up to 50 cards per transaction. Every card is drawn in a non-sequential, randomized order. Once a card is drawn, it is not put back into the card pool. Once a user selects the number of cards to play the amount for the game is shown on the price panel. You only need to click on the value and watch the system mint out your cards where you will see your winnings. The fun about the game is the suspense and emotions, just like when you mint an NFT and wanted to see what you have minted if it's rare or special. When the card mint is completed, a new page opens where you will see your cards, however, you need to scratch the cards one at a time to reveal the winning amounts. The winning result is immediately displayed or revealed to you on the game page and at the same time goes to the user's wallet balance. **How to qualify for a discount?** To qualify for a discount, all you need to do is to get some Reaperville NFT and stake them on the Surviville staking platform. The higher your staking power the higher the discount you will get in playing the card game. The Reaperville NFT is available on the secondary marketplace. You can check out the collection of the ones that are listed for sale on oasis and buy some. Moreover, you can get a little amount of $SVC tokens on Mistswap to upgrade your NFT to enjoy a maximum amount of discounts for playing the game. Conclusion The Surviville project has just launched a fair and fun-filled reward card game on smartBCH. The card game offers a variety of cards s for players to enjoy, with the chance to win up to 5000 SVC tokens for playing a single card. The card game is fair, safe, and secure. They have been tested and proven to be reliable and payout as promised. This is great news for smartBCH users and the Reaperville NFT holders, who can now enjoy the card game for profit and fun. All cards are randomly selected and there is no way anyone can predict what the result of the card they played can be. So don't miss out on this – head over to the Surviville reward card game today! Can we have Bitcoin cash without the internet? Cryptocurrency is assumed to be available to everyone who can have access to two important things which are the internet and a smartphone. Without the internet, even if you have a smartphone you cannot access the use of Cryptocurrency nor will you be able to own some. It's, therefore, necessary that a person who wants to access the use of Cryptocurrency have at least a smartphone that could connect to the Internet. In today's world, it is estimated that over 63% of the world’s population uses the Internet every day, which is equivalent to a little more than 5 billion people on earth that have access to the internet regularly. However, there's also a high level of disparities in the penetration of the Internet depending on the geographical areas in the world. These disparities in the penetration of the internet across the world have a huge effect on the adoption of Cryptocurrency. Countries such as the united Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Liechtenstein have 99.5% to 100% internet penetration between them. Among the G2 countries, Canada has the highest internet penetration with 99.97% followed by the UK at 94.82%, then, America at 90.90%. This informed the reason why the adoption of cryptocurrency and its uses is higher in those countries. But the case is quite different in African countries with a more complicated situation in terms of internet penetration. The highest internet penetration rate for African countries stands at 66% in January 2022 with South Africa taking the lead. It's much lower in the sub-Saharan African countries. The consequence of this lag in internet penetration affects the use of Cryptocurrency in these regions and undoubtedly hinders the adoption of Cryptocurrency. Interestingly, it seems some people understand the effects of this internet disparity across the world and have now started with the creation of a project that allows people to access Bitcoin with a simple normal phone without an internet connection. The project is only available for some selected African countries at the moment and looks promising except for the fact that it is routed through the Bitcoin lightning network. The Machankura project made it possible to send and receive Bitcoin on an ordinary phone without an internet connection through GSM USSD codes. I believe this is a breakthrough for adoption in Africa. The idea of the USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) is not something that we do not know. It's the same functionality as the USSD codes we used for recharging our mobile credit and data. The same technology is used in the banking system that allows individuals to check balances and send money to others. https://8333.mobi/ Users can send some Satoshi to another user via a GSM network using the area USSD codes. Presently, the Machankura project is available in the following African countries: https://8333.mobi/ Ghana Kenya Malawi Namibia Nigeria South Africa Uganda People in the above countries can use the Machankura Bitcoin service without an internet connection. This service addresses a fundamental need in the adoption of Bitcoin if successfully implemented. https://8333.mobi/ Can we have Bitcoin cash without an internet connection also? Bitcoin cash is arguably the best fit to work smoothly with such service as the Machankura. The lightning network has been a failure and is much more very centralized. If BTC could pass through this innovation via the lightning network I believe Bitcoin cash BCH can work better with added advantages. https://8333.mobi/ Bitcoin BTC has a higher network fee and the lightning network has not been able to completely deal with that. More so, users' security is not guaranteed with the lightning network. Bitcoin cash BCH provides both lower transaction fees and more security for users. The lightning network is an external network to the Bitcoin chain and will always have a third-party influence. Bitcoin cash BCH is onchain which makes it a decentralized chain without any third-party influence. A service like the Machankura can be very successful if implemented on the Bitcoin cash chain. https://8333.mobi/ Africa is a destination for cryptocurrency adoption. Any service that will make it simpler for the people in this part of the world to access the use of Cryptocurrency will be a door to adoption in the region. Bitcoin cash needs to leverage this technology to make its adoption movement in the African region more grounded without leaving anyone out. I recommend that the Bitcoin cash community, developer, or any entity capable of implementing a service like the Machankura Bitcoin service look into it. This will greatly help with making Bitcoin cash BCH more popular in Africa. https://8333.mobi/ The use of Cryptocurrency in a country like Nigeria is increasing by the day, but unfortunately, Bitcoin cash BCH is not among the top cryptocurrency known by the majority in the country. With such a service that doesn't need an internet connection and without a need for a smartphone Bitcoin cash BCH can gain traction among the populace.

What's the hype about the Dogechain? Over the past few days, I have been exploring more opportunities in defi space by venturing into other EVM chains outside the smartBCH community. One of the chains I got hooked up with is the currently hyped Dogechain with its several meme coins communities. I got to experience how things work in this chain and see what potential they have for investors and what's the hype about the chain that could make someone prefer it to the smartBCH chain. The Dogechain network is a young chain with a decentralized bridge. It's an EVM chain that could have the potential for growth in terms of project creations and businesses on the chain. Though it has a decentralized bridge, there's nothing in it to be compared to the smartBCH chain in terms of efficiency and user friendly. The Dogechain chain network is all about the hype with no solid project or a sound community to be compared with what we have on the smartBCH chain. From my experience on the Dogechain network and community in the past few days, I can tell the Dogechain community lacks a certain aspect that the smartBCH community has. Though they are doing something on the decentralized bridge, there's nothing in the Dogechain community to compare to what's on the smartBCH community. The biggest difference that I noticed between the smartBCH and the Dogechain communities is the engagement level in the smartBCH community. On the smartBCH community, I see how active the community is. I see how much energy, time, resources, and passion are being poured into the community in the terms of bringing the users to a certain point with the help of its talented developers and the various projects in the smartBCH community. The Dogechain projects communities are all about hype and so disjointed from the interests of the users. When an investor thinks about investing in the Dogechain, he just wants to make money quick and easy and not about making a long-term investment in the projects. I was hooked up by the hype and invested in a new Dex token launching. I was expecting with the launch of the Dex and the juicy Aprs the hype effects would not affect the token, but my expectation was wrong. The token was hyped and pumped up to a 10x increase leading to the launch of the Dex. But as soon as the Dex goes live, a massive dump of the token by the users follows the hype rather than the users having a more rewarding experience with the project. A project that reached nearly 120k market cap with over 200 wallet holders before the Dex launch could not give the Dex up to 10k total value locked across all pools. Almost all the holders dumped the tokens, only those who joined the project just before the Dex launched deposited their tokens on the Dex to create liquidity pairs to earn farming rewards. Although I was able to take out my investment with a little profit, the worse experience was yet to happen to me. My investment that was worth over 1245 $WDOGE before the Dex launches started to dip below 1000 WDOGE after the Dex launch. But it didn't stop there, my $10 investment which was worth $120 fell to around $80 in the short while. And before I was able to swap the tokens it dumped more and I could only take out 525 $WDOGE worth $35 at the time of writing this article. I know that such experience can happen on any chain, however, getting the $WDOGE out of the Dogechain is the worse nightmare I could ever imagine. It didn't take up to 10 minutes to bridge Dogecoin to $WDOGE using the Dogechain decentralized bridge, but getting out from the chain through the bridge is one hell of an experience. I thought it would just be as easy as grabbing my $WDOGE and walking away. I was wrong. Before I decided to swap using the bridge, I asked the community how long it takes for the swap to be completed, and I was told about 2 to 7 days. What sort of a bridge takes 2 to 7 days to complete a single swap of just 525 $WDOGE worth $35? The Dogechain decentralized bridge failed miserably to create a smooth flow between the original chain and the Dex chain. I thought I could find a way around it by using a multi-chain bridge, but the fees charged by the two multi-chain bridges I checked out were up to 10 percent which was a whopping 78 Dogecoins about $8. With this, I went back to using the Dogechain supposed decentralized bridge and see how I could monitor the confirmation of f the swap on the explorer, and to my horror, there is no working explorer and no sign that the swap was being processed on the bridge site. What a decentralized bridge on the Dogechain! The hype about the Dogechain is nothing but a vapor, how can someone enter into a chain easily and not be able to get out the same way you enter? Even now that the smartBCH chain doesn't have a decentralized bridge, the Bolivar bridge provided by the blockng team and Mistswap does a better job than the Dogecoin bridge the community is hyping all about. I don't know if my 525 DC will arrive or not, and the worse part of it all is that there is no way to track the transaction, as the Dogechain protocol doesn't provide the transaction hash, although it will when the transaction is completed. Something like going back to front. I might as well consider that money lost forever because there is no way I can track it and no one to report the issue to for possible assistance. From my experience, I think the Dogechain is not ready yet for all the hype it is getting. It needs more time to be mature enough to gain traction with the public, especially people who are not already investing in Dogecoin.

@Fexonice1

You got what you wanted but lost what you needed Things change, but some things never go away. What you thought you had, turns out to be something else entirely. That old saying, "The grass is greener on the other side of the fence" is, most often, a ruse. The act of prioritizing between 'want' and 'need' is one of the greatest challenges for mankind. We have an urge for instant gratification, we crave the pleasures of the moment, yet we often fail to identify the long-term value of those pleasures. Thus, we seek to satisfy one desire, at the expense of long-term rewards. In every area of life, there's always a conflict between want and need. To most of us, what we wanted often blindfolds us to see clearly what we need in life. This is common in the way many go with their choice of relationship and financial pursuit. You need a partner who will love and cherish you all the days of your lives, yet you failed to look out for those qualities which are in the long-term interests of your relationship. But instead, they go down with anyone that can satisfy your immediate longing and cravings. You are thinking about your "wants" in a man as a lady more than what you actually "need" in a man for a relationship. You want the craving of the moment and high-level pleasures from a man because you believe those are the things that show a guy loves you. On the other hand, what you need is someone compatible with you in terms of both loving and cherishing you and helping you to be truly happy. You can get so many men who will give you a craving for the moment and the pleasures of this world, but to find the man who can truly meet your relationship needs is very hard to come by. You can get what you want and lose what you need because you only look out for what you want and ignore what you need. That's why you will be disappointed because the man who can satisfy your craving can be so different from the man who can meet your relationship needs. You can be attracted to a man who is perfect for you in some areas, yet you find his character traits undesirable and his values out of sync with yours. You have to put your priorities right. You can't get what you need without taking care of what you want. If you are searching for a woman to make you feel good and meet your craving, you need to be concerned more about what that lady can give you than what she can do to please you. It is not enough to just find a woman who makes you feel good. It is important that the woman you choose can also meet your relationship needs and help you to be happy. You can get it all, but you can only get what you need. You can get what you want, but lose what you need. In terms of finance, what do you look for in a career? Do you only want the position and benefits for the sake of the position or the salary? Or do you want a job that matches your true professional passions? Are you willing to work hard for your money? Once you become obsessed with what you want, you will not make the necessary efforts to meet your needs. You want the top position in the company, but are you willing to work hard to become a leader in that particular field? Are you willing to spend time and make sacrifices to become a true top professional? It's not enough to be good; you must be your best to win. I know this is not easy to do, but it's not about being a gentleman. Most men are the type who like to push their way through. If you are one of them, then this article is not for you. As much as you can, focus on what you can and do for yourself. This doesn't mean you should sacrifice your standards, but just that you should be a person that other people can be attracted to. Your needs are more important than your wants. You can have what you want, but you can only get what you need. You can get so many things, but you need something more precious than what you can get. You need a relationship partner who is compatible with you in terms of both loving and cherishing you and helping you to be truly happy. When you seek a man to satisfy your appetite, you are always out there, looking for a quick fix to your hunger. However, you will never find what you need by doing that. There's a reason why men like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are millionaires. This is not because they started on a strong financial foundation. It's because they know what they need and what they don't need. They are focused on what lies ahead, not what they want right now. They are only interested in what they need. They are focused on what they need to be successful in life. Finally, what you want is going to make you unsatisfied, if you don't make the necessary efforts to get what you need. When you satisfy your craving, you may find that you get what you want and lose what you need. What do you think about this?

@Fexonice1

Life is hard enough, let's live it simple https://read.cash/@Fexonice1/life-is-hard-enough-lets-live-it-simple-7d00b0f5 Life is not easy. The challenges that come along with every day can be hard enough to deal with. For some of us, the struggle is too much. We find ourselves losing sleep, waking up early in the morning, and working to make ends meet. Some of us take on more than we are able to handle, and some of us don't do the things we need to do to make our lives easier. I can't kill myself, neither should you!

@Fexonice1

"Dogechain hype" did I just lose my $10 part 2 I began to tell us last time how I ventured into the Dogechain community to explore the new chain and to find out about the possibility of creating a project on the chain, and how I got carried away by the hype of the community and spun around the Dogechain, to the point I decided to reach out and purchase 75 Billion CDoge. The token is an auxiliary token for an upcoming Dex on the chain. I bought the tokens with 110 Dogecoin which was worth around $10 at the time I bridge them to the Dogechain network. I put the $10 into the meme or what we called shit coins with the mind of "This is what I can afford to lose", and as expected, the token price went up to the moon with a market cap of $70 in a few hours and I was aiming for a 10x profit of what I invested into the project. Instead of a 10x profit, the price of the token was dumped as early investors begin to take profit in the "hype". This is my first time witnessing how crypto investors profit from a hype token. I failed to understand how to deal with the hype and make a profit from the fluctuation of the token. It was like a coordinated call to buy and sell at a predetermined time, maybe that was part of the marketing tactics for the project as well. The $70k market cap of the token went down to $21k in a few minutes and I was like "What happened? I just lost $10 to an experiment, what a foolish way to lose money! Oh boy! There's a hype infection on the Dogechain that I have not seen anywhere before. I have heard about "bot buying" before and I think I have seen them in action in this project. I began to believe there is a pump and dump group taking part in the project, and as if a new call to buy was made, the token market cap suddenly shot up to $71k with the highest single purchase of $7k. Now I understood the control and manipulation of this token. But I am still undecided if I should take a profit. Now, my 54 billion CDoge tokens have increased to over 90 billion due to the reflective nature of the token that has a 10% buying and selling tax. 5% of the tax from any buy or sell goes to token holders which gives holders some advantages should the project succeeds. At a $71k market cap, my $10 investment is now worth $25 at the time of writing this and I am still undecided whether to take a profit or sell all and exit the project. Now that I understand how the hype works, I believe there will be a last-minute pump leading to the launch of the Dex which is said to be coming out tomorrow. This time around I will not allow the dump bots to outsmart me and dump on me, I will take profit or sell off my tokens and exit. But I am still not sure if I will exit. Since it's a Dex token, I will likely take some profit to get back my investment capital and use the rest to earn a staking reward or pair it with some other tokens and farm with them. This is where my $10 Dogechain adventure has taken me thus far. I don't know if I will fall again or win next time. But I am very glad that I got to experiment with my emotions, being confronted with emotions and reality to explore something I've never done before. I did learn a lot and I am looking forward to finding out more when the Dex launches. I am still not sure whether I will buy any other tokens to pair with my asset for farming purposes as the Dex launches. If there will be no single pool for the CDoge tokens, then, I will likely exit or swap a few for the Dex reward tokens and stake them. Someone asked me on noise.cash if there's anything we can learn from the Dogechain community and bring over to the smartBCH community yesterday. As I have seen so far the Dogechain community has successfully created a decentralized bridge, making the dl-ecosystem as strong as it is right now. Moreover, the community seems very enthusiastic and passionate about projects on the chain. I think there's a lot of potential for success. So, I think we can draw some lessons from them. Disclaimer The article is not financial advice nor does it try to promote the Dogechain projects. It is just a journal of my experiences, and observations as I go through the experiment. Anyone who after reading the article decides to invest in the Dogechain does so at their own risk. I do not have any more information than what I have shared in the article. It is an experiment, I only want to learn.

Some positive and negative incidents in the smartBCH community since the Coinflex saga started. https://read.cash/@Fexonice1/smartbch-and-coinflex-saga-some-positive-and-negative-things-that-have-happened-over-the-months-370639bd Ever since the Coinflex and smartBCH bridge saga started, the smartBCH community has not been the same again. So much has happened on the chain since the first day that the only bridge leading to the chain was locked by Coinflex baring users from entering and exiting using the bridge. In this article, I will give a quick recap of some positive and negative incidence that has happened to the smartBCH community since then, and why the smartBCH community is still alive.

"smartBCH and Coinflex saga" some positive and negative things that have happened over the months Ever since the Coinflex and smartBCH bridge saga started, the smartBCH community has not been the same again. First of all, I want to say that Coinflex holding the smartBCH chain hostage for nearly two months now is not good news, and I would not wish that on any kind of a community, especially when you consider the amount of money investors in flexusd and other stable tokens pegged to it lost during this time, and the cost of this downtime has not only cause more loss but also put smartBCH projects into the trouble zone. Over the months, a lot of development and incidence has happened on the chain. Let's take a look at some of them. The positives The blockng Bolivar bridge This is one of the best things that has happened to the smartBCH community since the Coinflex saga started. While the SHA-GATE was being locked and the entire smartBCH community went into a panic, the blockng team sprang into action and came up with an innovative bridge solution in the absence of a bridge. The Bolivar bridge, though a little complicated for some people to use came in time to salvage the confusion that Coinflex had thrown the smartBCH community into. People have been using this bridge to move money and cryptocurrency in and out of the smartBCH chain. The Bolivar bridge also brought the blockng project to the limelight, and the project started to gain some more followers. The blockng team deserves some accolades from the smartBCH community, for coming up with such an innovative solution, and making the smartBCH chain a lot more usable for people who have started moving funds in and out of the smartBCH chain. SmartBCH expansion to other chains It's said that every challenge must be taken as an opportunity. If the Coinflex problem was all about Coinflex and the smartBCH bridge, this also proved to be a great opportunity for some smartBCH projects to extend the smartBCH chain to other blockchains. The Bolivar bridge connects smartBCH to the Binance smart chain. BNB network has now seen the smartBCH chain, which has triggered many new money bags to start using the smartBCH chain. Checking the Bolivar bridge telegram channel, it's encouraging to see how much money is coming into smartBCH from the Binance smart chain, and the bulk of this money goes into investing in the smartBCH project with blockng getting a more significant share of the cake. One thing of importance, however, is that the smartBCH chain is now offering a return for people who want to invest in smartBCH outside of the chain but do not want to have their money locked in the Coinflex chain. Another project that has gone multi-chain in full over the months is the Joystick club project. This project has completed a full expansion of their community and products to the Polygon chain, allowing investors to continue using their products on a secondary chain. This development brings double benefits for the project investors who now have a new market and community to invest in and make money. On the other hand, it may also attract people from the Polygon chain to the smartBCH chain, thus bringing more investors to the smartBCH community. In another development, the NFT club project is also undergoing an expansion of its projects to the Polygon chain. This is another smartBCH project that is taking the smartBCH blockchain to a new level. It's encouraging to see such a wide range of projects, big and small moving smartBCH to a new market and the decentralized community of smartBCH. The negatives Small projects folding up and Devs leaving the chain Every EVM chain has its own problem, however, some smartBCH developers and projects have faced some setbacks over the past few months. We have already seen a few projects started by some developers that ended up quitting and leaving the smartBCH community. One of these projects is CashBear NFT, a very promising project that was loved by the community. The CashBear developer has abandoned the project without informing the community, and without any form of compensation for the effort put in by the CashBear community. Another project developer that has left the smartBCH community is the Lads NFT creator. The action of the developer left investors bleeding in regrets and losses. Although the Lads NFT developer sent a message of his decision across to the Lads community, there is nothing anyone can do to salvage the situation. A lot of people invested small and large amounts of money in this project, and with the developer going away from the chain without assigning anyone to continue developing the project, the NFT lost market value since nobody will be interested in them anymore. This is the biggest setback that the Coinflex and smartBCH bridge saga has brought to the smartBCH community. With developers leaving the chain and projects folding up back and front, Coinflex is gradually turning the smartBCH chain into trash and dump chain. Furthermore, most of the small project developers who are still hanging on are able to continue because of their projects' community support. Conclusion Nobody can tell when Coinflex will restore the bridge to the smartBCH community any time soon. While the situation has brought some positive development in terms of innovations and expansions to other chains, the negative effects have far outweighed the positives with investors losing small and big in every direction. We can only hope that the bridge is restored sooner or that the smartBCH team provides a suitable alternative bridge for the community.

"Dogechain hype" did I just lose my $10 I have sworn never to buy any tokens on smartBCH be it a pre-sale or a fair lunch since the last time I lost over 4 BCH on Emberswap $Fire token and the native token $EMBER. However, I got carried away by the hype of the Dogechain community and took a one-time chance. So, I entered the Dogechain community on Telegram to explore the new chain and the community and know more about the chain. My major interest was to find out how to create an NFT project on the chain, but the enthusiasm and passion of the community got me carried away and I aped into a token project that was about to launch on the same day I joined the community. It was something surprising to see how passionate and enthusiastic people can be about the name "Doge" and everything related to it. It was clearly in contrast to what I have experienced in the smartBCH community. To tell you the degree of their enthusiasm, a telegram group created for the token launch project reached over 600 members within hours after its creation. It was so huge and busy that I found it hard to find space to say much in the group. The fact that such a huge amount of enthusiasm could be gathered by a single person with just a tweet shows how excited people are about "Dogecoin" and the new defi chain. To be honest I haven't experienced such a passionate and enthusiastic community before. No such trash talk and fear of being rugged questions were thrown at the dev, and even though it's known that he was working alone nobody cares, all they were saying is "when launch seer" and the Doge slogans that were set on fire at the Token Launch event. The project is created by the same creator of smartdex now fortuneswap on the smartBCH chain. With the enthusiasm and passion of the people in the group, I was carried away by the hype and made a swap of $10 worth in BCH to Dogecoin and then bridge it with the Dogeswap bridge to enter the chain and participate in the token launch. And I was able to buy the tokens on the recommended Dex after several trials which makes me miss buying at the launch price. Nevertheless, the experience was worth it. It was a good feeling to experience another Defi chain outside of the smartBCH community. And I was happy to see how much genuine excitement people were in investing in a token. Moreover, it was a good opportunity to learn more about the Dogeswap bridge and the Dogechain. If you have been a multi-crypto user you must have been aware that Dogecoin was created on the Litecoin blockchain. So, having a Dogechain bridge and a native network over the Litecoin blockchain is pretty unique. Now, back to my $10 investment in the Dogechain token. As expected, those who bought at launch price have started dumping already. Something that I was aiming for a 10x in a few hours is going in the opposite direction and I am afraid that the same thing I have experienced in buying pre-sale or a fair lunch token on the smartBCH network could happen again and I might lose my $10. What I bought with 110 Dogecoin is currently worth 84 Dogecoin on the Dex as shown in the screenshot above, and this might slide down more. Based on the current trajectory, I don't think the price would remain that low but I think it would take a few days for it to bounce, considering that the token will be auxiliary for a Dex to be launched by the same creator in a few days. So, this price drop is temporary. Its been a good week, and I have learned a lot about the Dogechain crypto community. I will be back next week to tell you more about this and the DOGEchain.

https://read.cash/@Fexonice1/how-to-avoid-being-a-victim-of-a-crypto-scam-on-the-binance-smart-chain-6fbe70a5 The cryptocurrency space is bustling with a lot of people who are new to the world of digital currencies. But with crypto-scams, it's even harder to make sense of what's what. It is very hard for a newbie in the crypto space and none tech people to identify a potential scam crypto project or tokens. In this article, I discussed the mechanics, how to identify scam tokens, and the migration process to avoid being a victim of crypto scam especially on the Binance smart chain.
