A short guide to find missing fund in your bitcoin.com wallet
Some people have been complaining recently about not seeing the money they sent from read.cash wallet to bitcoin.com wallet. The reason for that might be due to the upgrade done on the Bitcoin cash network two days ago. Nevertheless, there are a few things you can do to check your transaction if you are using a bitcoin.com wallet. If you are sure that the receiving BCH address is correct, and you have not seen your money in your wallet the following information could help you track your money.
The information presented here is only for users of the bitcoin.com Wallet. If you have sent funds to your bitcoin.com wallet and you have not seen it after a long time follow the steps below to find the missing transaction.
Open your bitcoin.com app and go to your wallet, the wallet you sent the funds to.
Once in your wallet look for the wallet settings icon on the three-dotted lines.
Next scan for missing transactions. If there is any missing transaction you will find the details there.
Then scan the missing transaction to see if the fund is there.
If the fund was received on the wallet you will find it on the missing transaction. But if you still can't find the fund there you will need to contact the bitcoin.com wallet management via email and lay the complaint to them.
Use the format below to submit the complaint email
Get the BCH address you were expecting to receive the payment to.
Take a screenshot of your wallet's 'Home' screen
Also, take a screenshot of your "Wallet Information" screen. To get this go to your wallet Settings, and get Your Wallet (BCH) Wallet Information.
Do not screenshot the wallet address, copy and paste it on the email so your receiver can be able to copy it.
I hope this could help resolve the missing money sent to your bitcoin.com wallet.
Note; the information presented here was sourced from the Bitcoin.com website.
I have an article for this too before. And other issues as well.. In this market crash, better not to do any transaction. Especially that BCH has just had the upgrade.. maybe they are fixing something
