• Open your bitcoin.com app and go to your wallet, the wallet you sent the funds to.

• Once in your wallet look for the wallet settings icon on the three-dotted lines.

• Next scan for missing transactions. If there is any missing transaction you will find the details there.

• Then scan the missing transaction to see if the fund is there.

If the fund was received on the wallet you will find it on the missing transaction. But if you still can't find the fund there you will need to contact the bitcoin.com wallet management via email and lay the complaint to them.
