Last night, I read an article that aroused some emotional reactions in me and almost brought tears out of my eyes. We can never know how powerful words can be, words that are written in a post or in an article can be the medicine someone somewhere needs to get out of depression, rise above obstacles, revived dying hope, and repair a broken relationship.
The article was written by @JustMyRambles01 where she narrated her struggle to carry on with her business initiative which she has almost lost the enthusiasm for which she has started the business due to some challenges she faced on daily basis with her life and all that's going on around her. She stated that she was almost loosing the passion with which she started the business until she read a post published on noise.cash, a post made by my humble self.
A portion from the article reads below.
The business I have created is completely opposite to the places I go to and help, and with how much I've been struggling with this project I've felt trapped in a wave of a continuous rut. Then I saw this post from @Fexonice1 on noise.cash
His words have helped me a lot to focus back on why I started doing what I do. I do it for the satisfaction of seeing the places I go to succeed. I do it because I know what I do works. Today was proof of that - it's proof of nobody walking out, it's proof that even if it's the most difficult place I've been to, I WILL make it work.
I felt very touched reading the lines that those simple words that I shared could be the medicine that strengthen the feeble and falling arms and made them rise again with confidence. Words that one may never know are really the match that propels weak in their quest to continue their journey.
I have written elsewhere about the importance of writing with emotions and life in our articles because we're not writing for ourselves, and our writing could outlived us and changed the destinies of many others; but do we know how to change the lives of others through the writing? Our writing has the potential to set a tree of good deeds ablaze which no one would be able to extinguish.
Am glad my humble words could be of help to some people who has been touched by my articles and I felt there is a lot we could do to keep on touching lives with words so carefully chosen to pen down.
It makes me feel good to see one's eyes light up when they read what we have written. Yes, we can touch lives by the words we choose to write. And this could make us write for more than what we need to say, so that our readers know that there is more to life than just everyday care, stress, sadness and death that's to be survived. We can change the destiny of a new beginning that can bring joy, positivity, hope, love and love of our neighbours and help to make a change in someone's life so that they can rise above their situation.
These words that we use in writing can help to heal, motivate, encourage, empower and make others feel great about themselves which makes them to move on in life with belief in themselves and a positive thinking. I like the feeling of being one with my pen. I find that I can be more creative writing in my head than what is on my paper, and that I am more apt at writing if I feel a sense of clarity with the words I write. Our thoughts are important in shaping the world, so our thinking should be like a blade that cuts through to a deep current of feeling, and that it becomes a weapon that helps to attack the dark, dangerous and concealed places.
You can transform your stories into actions with a deep and strong emotion that may come out to leave a lasting impact on your reader with the use of our unique and powerful words. I like words and always look forward to receiving new words that will shape our future. Truth is that when we write we have the power to move and inspire others. Every word you put on the keyboard can be life-changing to someone's life. We have the power to take them places and places far away from the ordinary they'd have been living with so the words we choose to write are vital.
I believe the concept of writing must begin with the "Why" and "For who". Even if you have to write your story, let it be such that has something for someone to take and learn from it.
Most of us here are driven by passion to see lives transformed, for the better, but are not all passionate enough to write a masterpiece from their own life experiences. We are guilty of not making use of our gift of writing which comes with compassion, empathy and tenderness which they describe as the four special virtues that make up the best personality and a noble one. We can do more to change the stories of others with our words. But we must start with the why; it's the why that makes it possible for us to go the extra mile and change a life.
Final thoughts
Time seems to stand still when we do not find time to write, to reflect, to feel, to see, to hear, to understand and to listen to the truth that is the knowledge of what makes life meaningful.
Be the change you want to see in the world with your writing and together we can build our dream world. We are the architects of our own destiny, and you must know that when your heart is in a good place, it brings out a positive change.
You are very talented and gifted people with powerful words that make the people fall in love with your stories.
I thank you all for your readership and generosity.
Yeah, words go deep to the heart, it has a way of piercing and healing the heart. Just like spiritual books, it's not just the spirit behind the words that's working the wonders but also how it was written and explained. Just like some articles that triggers laughter, it goes a long way to spark up someone's day. I read an article by someone today and I paused, it was as if he was talking to me. Words are powerful ✅
