Having a growth-oriented mindset is essential for achieving success in life. It involves recognizing that many things we want don't currently exist and must be actively pursued and created by ourselves. This requires setting goals, staying focused on them, taking risks when necessary, learning from failure, and adapting to change in order to keep moving forward. Having this kind of mindset can open up new possibilities for personal development as well as professional advancement.

Growth-oriented individuals also understand that life isn’t always easy; it comes with its own set of challenges that need to be faced head-on in order to reach the desired destination. That said, having an outlook based on progress rather than stagnation keeps us motivated even during difficult times since we know their efforts are towards something worthwhile and long-term.

Furthermore, it encourages self-reflection so one can identify areas where improvement is needed while celebrating achievements along the way no matter how small they may seem at first glance. All these components together form a powerful toolset capable of taking anyone far in life if used correctly.

Know that what you want doesn't exist, so you need to create it

Having the understanding that what we desire does not already exist and must be actively pursued and created by ourselves is a powerful realization that can lead to great success. This involves setting goals, staying focused on them, taking risks when necessary, learning from failure, and adapting to change in order to keep moving forward.

Having this kind of mindset allows us to have an opportunity to create something new instead of simply settling with what already exists. It also encourages self-reflection so one can identify areas where improvement is needed while celebrating achievements along the way no matter how small they may seem at first glance.

Creating something from nothing requires courage, hard work, and dedication - traits that are highly valued in both professional and personal life situations. Knowing that you need to create your own path means being able to take control of your destiny rather than relying on luck or chance events.

It also teaches important lessons about resilience, resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and confidence-building techniques like public speaking, which come into play when trying out different approaches until the right solution is found. In short, knowing that what you want doesn't exist opens up countless possibilities for personal growth and development as well as giving you a sense of accomplishment once it has been achieved due to its uniqueness among other things.

know that you don't always have to choose the load but you can choose how you carry it.

It is an essential life lesson to remember that we can’t always choose the load, but we can choose how to carry it. This means taking responsibility for our decisions and actions, learning from our mistakes, and understanding the implications of each choice.

Having this knowledge gives us a sense of empowerment since it reminds us that while some things may be out of our hands, there are still ways in which we can use them to our advantage. It also encourages us to focus on what’s within our control such as attitude, mindset, and work ethic as tools for navigating through difficult situations with grace and dignity rather than being bogged down by anxiety or fear.

Choosing how one carries their load helps build resilience which is a necessary ingredient for success in any situation whether personal or professional. Understanding the importance of self-care during times of difficulty allows individuals to put themselves first so they have the necessary energy needed to tackle anything thrown at them.

It also teaches important lessons about problem-solving as well as accepting when something wasn’t meant to be without feeling like a failure every step along the way – both traits invaluable in today's fast-paced world where failure isn't seen as permanent instead providing valuable insight into alternative solutions worth exploring further down the road if need be. Ultimately knowing that you don't always have to choose your load but you can still decide how you carry it will help greatly in achieving whatever goals set forth no matter what they might be!

Overall, having the right mindset to take with you in life is key. Knowing that what you want doesn't come without creating it yourself, and knowing that you don't have to take the same kind of load as everyone else, can not only propel you forward but also give you a sense of control and autonomy over your own life. With this attitude and approach, even seemingly difficult tasks can be made manageable while keeping success within your sights.

There are some heavy loads that life would throw our way. We can't escape it but we can learn how to carry it. When a defining moment comes, we have to define the moment or else the moment would define us.

It takes courage to create...and what we want in this life, we must create it whether we like it or not... Nothing is a given...nothing is that 100% certain but the things we labour on through efforts to create.

Thanks for this amazing eye opener... It's good for proper mental shift as the year is rounding up already...
