This is a question many people usually ask at the beginning of a new year, about what they should be doing in the next 12 months especially when the former year was bad for them. The past year has passed and you know you have made a promise to yourself and the people who care about you, so you are wondering how you should start all over again.

There is nothing special required for you to start. All you need is to start. Just start in any way you can, every starting is important and it will help you grow, however small it may be.

The starting may have to be slow, but there is no problem with that. It can be small, but, as long as you have started you will know where you are going. You will also know how fast you are going. All you need to do is start.

Remember, every action you take, no matter how small, can make a difference in your life. How you start a year, defines your year. Every action you take creates ripples in the water. It doesn't matter how good or bad the starting may be, what matters is how you develop from the point you started.

Nobody said life was going to be easy, but what does matter is how you go about it. Start your year with the right intentions, and every action you take from that point will have a positive effect on your life.

Many people have given up, because of how 2022 was for them. Don't ever do that. Find the courage to start again even if it means starting from zero. If you don't start today, you might regret it tomorrow.

Remember, nobody is perfect, because we are all humans. If you are perfect you won't be alive. All you need is to believe in yourself. You can only achieve what you believe you can do. If you are confident in what you have to do, you will be confident in what you can achieve.

You may not be smart or skilled enough, like others, however, everyone is good at something, and everyone has weaknesses. The question is, what are your strengths? It does not matter where you start from, just start.

You are not in a race to win the Olympics, you are competing for your life. Do not look at what others are doing and compare yourself with them.

What you need to do is to compete with yourself, and that is where the difference will be made. The only person you are competing with is yourself. To succeed in your competition, you need to try your best, and if you fail to do so, you need to start again.

The beauty of competition is that failure is not an option. You will learn a lot from each failure. Failure is something that nobody enjoys, but at the end of the day, it's part of the learning process. The best part is when you learn from your failure, and it will make you better.

Don't worry about the small steps you might be making, every successful people started somewhere. Nobody got it all figured out for them, everyone must start somewhere. The only difference is how you build up after you started.

You cannot lose focus, or you will fail. If you lose focus, you will not achieve your goal. The best thing you can do is to keep that focus.

For all the bad experiences of last year, for all the missed opportunities, you have to learn to forget about them. Stop beating yourself up for what happened to you last year. Things happen for a reason. No matter what happens, you need to get up.

The best thing to do is to learn from it, move on and come back even stronger this year. Forget the past, there is no need to look back, focus on the present, and what is going to happen to you in the future.

Like most people, last year was a minus for me, and I have been asking myself "How do I start in 2023?" It's hard to start all over again, But, there is nothing else I can do if I want to keep grinding in this space. I just have to start in any way I can, so I did.

I created a new mindset, with a new plan of action, and I am ready to make my vision a reality.

One thing I have learned and realized is that what works for others may not necessarily work for me. I understand that you have to be the boss of your destiny, and I guess the lesson I learned is that you have to be yourself.

To all the people who struggle to accomplish their dreams last year, take your time. What you need to do is to take that baby steps again, to make sure you are not overwhelmed. Take it slow, and you will eventually get there.

My message to you is simple. Don't do what I did, find your voice, and find your drive. If you're serious about changing your life, your mindset, and your trajectory, it's time to look ahead and start whatever you have to.

Good luck with your new year's resolutions!
