I have very strong doubts about your statement tongue exercise prevents Alzheimer. As far as I know there's no way to prevent it or cure it.

If I read your list of symptoms it's clear we all will get Alzheimer. Where did you found this information? Your title and text are misleading.

Run Grammarly again. "AIZHEIMER" for example

You always have doubts about everything, this is not about Grammarly but medical science and a one time live experience with a medical doctor.

Yes, I have doubts because this is a serious disease and you can not prevent it. I have doubts because there is already written enough nonsense. I have doubts because the medical world is familiar to me.

Your title suggests people can save themselves from this illness. If this is science, you are 100% sure about what you write, you can give me the name of that doctor.

What exactly do you mean by "one time"?

If it comes to grammar: with those subjects you choose it is important. Especially if you write the name of a disease wrong and after your article about quality content. If you teach/tell others what quality is you have to write quality yourself.
