Today I would love to share with you guys. Few reason why your "customer" complain.
Firstly: What are they?
A complaint will occur for either one or the two reasons;
A product or service is "malfunctioning".
A product or service does not "reach" the assumption of the customer.
Secondly: Sources of complaint
A mismatch between expectation from the product and its performance.
New product launch/technology from competitor resulting in dissatisfaction with current product.
Wrong commitments or lack of service.
Customer awareness.
Inappropriate performance/malfunction of the product or a part of it.
