It's becoming very rampant among young people to abuse substances in these present days. This cuts across gender and it's becoming the undoing of the society. Substance abuse leads to so many societal ills. Most crimes taking place in the society stems from substance abuse. It's therefore, pertinent to encourage parents and government to live up to their responsibility in parenting and legislation,so as to curb this evil menace eating into the fabric of society.
