Introducing blockchain and crypto to orphanages
Myself and a friend, chiama took the gospel of blockchain and cryptocurrency to some orphanages.
Has you all know, I enjoy giving to charity. Helping the needy around has become an hobby for me. I've done so many charity work in which I've shown you all some of it.
There is also no doubt about it that majority of crypto enthusiasts and a lot of communities on blockchain most especially BCH community and read.cash community love giving to charity, so, we taught of it to bring orphanages to blockchains as this will help blockchain communities and crypto enthusiasts to contact them directly to render any form of help to them either by sending donations directly to their wallet or by voting their posts on blockchain blogs like read.cash
On the part of the orphanages, opening an account on blockchain/web3 blogs like read.cash will give them more visibility to more people around the world. Coming on read.cash will also give the orphanages additional income as they are sure of earning something from their posts to support the donations they receive.
The orphanages will also have the opportunity to understand more what blockchain technology is and also look into investing in cryptocurrencies. Who knows, we might later have a token for them or we might even have an orphanage built on blockchain.
Exposing these orphanages to crypto and blockchain will also help to create awareness about crypto and blockchain to the corporate organisations that support and partner with the orphanages.
On our first round of visit, we visited four orphanages and they are:
MOTHER THERESA'S CHILDREN'S HOME, GWARINPA
VICTORINE HOME FOR CHILDREN, GWARINPA
DIVINE WOUNDS OF JESUS CHRIST ORPHANAGE HOME, KUBWA
ARK OF REFUGE ORPHANAGE HOME, KUBWA
They were all happy to hear about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
