Do not be deceived, you will reap what you sow
Today, I'm going to tell you all to stop deceiving yourselves.
Every man will face the consequences of his actions in every aspect of life. Any man that thinks that he will not face his own consequence is just deceiving himself.
Galatians 6:7
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
Many people think that they are smart. They work their way to satisfy their selfish desire. They do everything they can to get even what does not belong to them in a evil way. These set of people always deceive themselves and think that they will always get away with their evil act.
The truth is, whatever you sow, you will reap. A man that sows evil will definitely reap evil in many folds at the time of harvest. Though it may seems God is silent but He is patiently watching and will pay every man accordingly. His silence does not mean He will not punish evil doers and overlook their sins.
Proverbs 11:18
A wicked person earns deceptive wages, but the one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward.>Proverbs 22:8
Whoever sows injustice will reap calamity, and the rod of his fury will fail.>Job 4:8-9
My experience shows that those who plant trouble and cultivate evil will harvest the same. A breath from God destroys them. They vanish in a blast of his anger.>Proverbs 1:31
they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes.>Proverbs 5:22
The evil deeds of the wicked ensnare them; the cords of their sins hold them fast.
Don't be carried away with the fact that you are not getting the punishment to your evil deeds now. God is patient and want you to repent from your evil ways. Don't take this allowance for granted because every sinners will be punished. Whatever you sow, you will reap.
Are you taking God and His words for granted?
Remember, you are deceiving yourself if you continue to do evil and disobey God's word because everything seems to be normal and it looks like you are getting away with your evil works.
May God help us to sow righteous seed in every aspects of our lives in Jesus name. Amen!
