Something that we all feel since we came into this world is undoubtedly the love, especially of our parents at first, because since they know that we will come into their lives, they only try to fill us with it, therefore the strength of love is something that we know. from the moment we are born and as we grow we become aware that love is a very great force that not only encompasses love for the family, this is the feeling that makes us feel alive, vibrant and in tune with life, As I said, we can experience love for our friends who become our adoptive family in life, we will also find love in feelings for other people, people who transcend and become our life partners, also as we As time goes by we will see how important self-love is, fostering love towards ourselves and our essence, that love that allows us to be objective and accept always the good and decant the negative, what hurts us from our lives.
Obviously our parents taught us many values, as the first love said, but after this they taught us that love without forgiveness, without respect, without empathy, without tolerance, without understanding is not true and sincere love, although it is true that we must set limits, limits that go hand in hand with SELF-LOVE, with promoting respect for ourselves, but above all, promoting that we are peaceful and understanding beings but not fools, that is to say that first we respect ourselves, for therefore we have certain parameters so that they do not play with our feelings, much less emotions, therefore there are many non-negotiable aspects that unfortunately are aspects that when they mess with them there will possibly be no other opportunity but if people have the courage and humility to accept their actions or words there will be intelligence to learn from them and not fall back in the future, precisely in these situations is where we must enter into processes of introduction inspection, analyzing that carrying negative feelings within us that are towards other people consume us and therefore stagnate us for it, even though it is not in our plans to grant another opportunity, it is liberating for us to grant that forgiveness and that totally sincere apology to be able to move on to another stage of our life.
There are many human beings who do not learn from the experiences or the warnings of others, it should be noted that it is completely natural that it is something characteristic of man but since there are many who do not, there are many people who do, who decide to learn to take advice, prefer to put in practices the famous popular saying "he who receives advice grows old with great wisdom", therefore we see through many world examples that the world in many aspects lacks love, communication and forgiveness, we see so many power wars, we see that how do these qualities go into the background and supplant them with hatred, selfishness, self-centeredness, disrespect, rudeness that only lead to a dark path, which unfortunately on many occasions has no reverse, we are all owners of our life, we have in it a canvas that turns us into artists, embodied in said canvas every day of our lives, especially what we carry inside, because we are not what we say we are omos what we do and how we act daily for life.
Love is not suppressing, love is letting be, therefore it goes hand in hand with forgiveness because when you love and want something or someone you love with extreme intensity as well as you can overlook things that many times do not have the objective of hurting, because love makes us fit many times with the opposite of us, with things that although different we need them because they have a teaching together with a message that help us transform ourselves to rise, because when you love something you let its essence flourish, because when you really want to change it, your place is not in that place, there is a famous quote from a very famous writer called Osho who has a very interesting perspective and lifestyle, impossible even to describe, but the following quote sums up a lot what it means to truly love:
“If you love a flower, don't pick it. Because if you do, it will die and stop being what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.”
That is why love is liberation, love is letting be, love exalts you, love makes you free, love is not a cage, true love always forgives, we have a clear example with parents, they are always there for us even if we make mistakes, because analyzing the nature of the human being is to live on successes and errors to value the true path, nobody is perfect, perfection is an illusion, because forgiving even if it seems difficult is very healing and liberating, granting forgiveness does not makes you a weak person on the contrary it makes you stronger, exalts you and makes you a better person, because to love excessively we must purge our soul of emotions such as hatred or resentment, emotions that only make us sick and little by little each day they turn off our essence, you are powerful and in your hands is to be a better person, a person who demonstrates his greatness through his actions and words.
