Some people can control their emotions during anger, and this may lead to unpleasant consequences, which may reach the point of depression as a result of the negative feelings that exist within the individual at the time.

A psychiatrist at New York University confirmed that anger leads to depression, saying: "If you suffer from depression, you can add anger to the list of symptoms. If you are impatient, irritable, and suffer from short of attitude, the symptoms may be evidence of your depression."

Tips for controlling anger

We can control anger by following some tips that help an angry person control his anger through the following:

Take a deep breath.

When you take a deep breath, more oxygen enters the body, which purifies the blood from impurities at a rate 15 times greater than normal breathing, thus helping to relax and calm down.

Count from 1 to 10:

When a person gets angry, he may utter words that he may regret later. Because it is excited at the time, so when counting from 1 to 10, a person gives himself a chance to think well before any word, and thinker Thomas Jefferson said about that: “When angry, do not speak until you count 10, and if you are very angry, count to 100 .

Acknowledging anger

A person's admission that he is angry is a positive step to be able to control that anger, as denial causes him to act while he believes that it is his right to act foolishly.

Venting anger by writing:

Anger can be relieved by writing the reasons that led to the anger, and then cutting the paper, as this helps to vent the negative feelings that the angry person feels.

We all go through many psychological and nervous pressures that make us - in many situations and sometimes - lose our temper, and we do not know that these tantrums hurt us a lot, as they raise blood pressure and weaken the heart muscle, and sometimes cause us a state of depression accompanied by many psychological diseases.

How to control nerves and tame anger

This is why we have to learn how to control nerves, tame the states of anger and tantrums that may affect us, and switch from nervous people to calm and cool people sometimes, and that is what we can reach through the following simple steps.

2- Ensuring self-monitoring and reactions to others

3- Consider creating a mental or physical connection that reminds you of your reactions

4- It is recommended to use humor in dealing with others

5- You have to change the stress environment and get out of the routine from time to time

6- Take care to exercise daily

7- Laughter strengthens the heart muscle and leads to an improvement in blood circulation .. Be careful with it

8- Self-evaluation and observing the result, if you become a calm person, you will definitely become more focused, and you will accomplish all your work more easily, so you should think positively.

Scientific Proof: Anger raises obese women's cholesterol

Researchers at the University of Maryland in America have warned that nervous mood, anger and aggression worsen heart health and increase cholesterol levels in women, especially obese women.

The researchers pointed out that not all types of anger are associated with high cholesterol. Anger with which a person cannot control his nerves causes high cholesterol of both types.

It is not clear the exact reasons for the negative impact of poor control of anger attacks on cholesterol levels, while researchers believe that this trait may be linked to an over-response to stress hormones such as adrenaline, which contributes to an increase in cholesterol.

Anger is actually a thing that cannot be seen or touched. Only it can be felt. And anger is a thing that doesn't sit well with anyone. I have a lot of anger of my own and it is very easy to get angry. And I can't control my anger a lot of the time, but I can control it most of the time. When anger arises there should basically be a thought as to whether what I am doing is right. And if you look at the ground and think a little, the anger becomes much lighter .

I appreciate to points my bro.

In my opinion, I think you have missed the point that angry mood is when there is controversial in our assumption and the prevailing situation. Suppose, we want to play pUbg but your mother are there scolding you always playing and playing, i.e imposing some constraints. See here, you want one thing and situation is opposite to it. Now you get in the angry moody.

Thus to remain always clam would also be one of the point.

However , your points are indirectly hitting it . But, this must be hit directly and openly. This is why we become angry.

This is only my opinion bro .
