2. Rainbow cassava getuk recipe

Rainbow cassava ingredients:

  • 500 gr peeled cassava.

  • 100 g of powdered sugar.

  • 100 gr grated coconut.

  • 4 tbsp margarine.

  • 1 kilogram (kg) of sweet potato.

  • 2 tbsp sugar.

  • 5 g brown sugar.

  • 50 ml to boil sugar.

  • Pandan leaves.

  • Grated coconut.

How to Make Potato Getuk:

  • Steam the potatoes until cooked.

  • Blend with sugar.

  • Then compact on a baking sheet or tray.

  • Set aside about 3 tablespoons of sweet potato.

  • Boil brown sugar along with pandan leaves, add a little salt and stir until evenly distributed.

  • Combine the brown sugar water with 3 tablespoons of sweet potato and stir until evenly distributed.

  • Mix the sweet potato mixture with the compacted sweet potato in the pan. Sprinkle grated coconut.

Those are some recipes that we can try ourselves at home, with ingredients that are easy and cheap to get, but the taste of this getuk is very tasty and sweet.
